Doug's work is amazing. I would give him 10 stars if possible. He repaired front end damage on my Mazda CX5 from hitting a deer. He was 3200$ lower in cost than another body shop quoted. The work was done quickly and perfectly especially the paint match.
Doug is also a nice guy very honest and professional. I very highly recommend him especially if you want a great job at a reasonable cost

We have had our cars at least three times that I can remember, maybe more. They are definitely worth the drive to Banks to get quality service at a fair price. Would recommend.

Great place to get work done on your car! The owner is super nice, professional and the prices are fair. A few weeks after my repair, I got a few new paint chips - I stopped by and the owner came outside, put touch up paint on my car and even gave me extra to take with me for no charge! Super happy with my experience here. Took my car in on an insurance claim, Doug was fast, friendly and did excellent work. My car looks brand new! And he made sure the adjusters covered everything that was wrong. He also took excellent care of my elderly grandmother when I sent her in for a minor repair. I would send anybody here for good quality care and will definitely be back myself.

Doug & Tim have painted few of my cars in the past & 1 of them being heavily modified with custom fender flares , tail lights & gas cap. All came Out beautiful with quality work at a lower cost! If I still lived anywhere in Oregon or Washington I would bring it only to them no matter the trek period. I miss these guys & the great conversations we had.. & yes the customer service & craftsmanship work! Attached is the last car they repainted for me in 2005/2006. My 1992 Acura Integra was factory black. They fixed a lot of dings, replaced rear hatch & repainted car with Type-R midnight Blue almost a black. Still have this car until this day & paint is great!
