“New puppy, new store. LolGreat staff, helpful & knowledgeable.They obviously like pets, so that's a bonus. Sounds obvious, but I've been to other PET COmpany'S where some of the staff could care less about your pet related questions. Here, every question was answered with thoughtful and knowledgeable replies. The products are not inexpensive, but they are not unreasonably expensive either. Let's be real here, folks: If you're adopting a living being, you don't expect to do so on a shoestring budget! If you do, you need to SERIOUSLY reconsider your ability to adopt this creature!We will return.”

“Only been the one time so far, but the employees were amazing when I asked about the restroom, walked me all the way there since it was kind of hard to find, and gave excellent pointers for the bully stick that I got for my friends dog on his 1 yr b-day! They also have huge bags of dog food, that last our 2 dogs a whole month, for a reasonable price.”

“Canby Wilco grooming was wonderful. 2 dogs groomed at the same time, so it was two different groomers (names unknown). They did exactly what we asked. It took less than 3 hours. Plus, a better price than PetSmart. We saved money going to Wilco in Canby.”

I’ve been having an issue with my account not populating with my app, and not getting rewards.I’ve had multiple other employees at other stores tell me there’s nothing they can do, and he went above and beyond today, took all the info from both accounts, called into the company’s member support himself, and then followed up with me telling me the accounts have been merged.He genuinely cares to help me and I appreciate that so much.”
