I reported debris and/ or possibly bugs in the soda machine. The employee dismissed the issue. It didn’t sound like she was going to address it. I reminded her as I left to address the issue.

Bought two 2-liters of Dirty Coke from this store around two weeks ago (mid-to-late October 2024), and they had expired on September 2nd. I'll check expiration dates before I buy ANYTHING from now on. But still very messed up that they're willing to sell that product when it expired 6-7 weeks earlier.

They are rude. Their floors are so sticky it’s hard to walk on. They would rather be on their phone playing games rather than doing their jobs. Go to a different location not this one

I’m not the type to write bad reviews, but I’ve been coming to this 7 eleven for months because it’s very close to my work, and it’s been consistently bad every single time I come in. There is one employee in particular (Atta) who is lazy and does not upkeep the store when he is working, which is almost every single afternoon. I take my lunch at different times and I come in to get hot food, and every single time he is working, the food is OLD and it looks as if it’s been sitting for hours. But every time I ask him, he always tells me the same answer…”it’s only been an hour.” I literally have to warm my cheeseburger bite up in their microwave, every single day he works. The ONLY time I’ve seen fresh hot food in this store, is when he isn’t working in the afternoons, which is rare. On top of that, they are always out of coffee and/or the coffee is old and cold. And he’s just standing there twiddling his thumbs instead of making fresh hot food and coffee for his customers. If I have to heat my food/coffee up every time I come here, then at least give me a discount on it. Another problem is that he is very slow at getting people through the line. I have spent my entire 30 min lunch waiting in line at this store, on SEVERAL OCCASIONS. And on top of that, he is rude and unfriendly. Somebody needs to do something about this employee. I spend a lot of money in this store, and I’m about to take my money elsewhere.

Ok, change of review. Only one person and that's the lady who is pleasant. The guys just try and rip you off. Every time it never fails. This last time he tried to double charge me. So frustrating.

Horrible customer service. Didn't give us the discount that was clearly marked and that we asked if it was added to our transaction, lied and said it was. Tried making up some story about why it wasnt, then refused a refund.

Not happy that i was refused the 2 slices of pizza and a soda deal when the sign was right there. Itd be one thing if you guys were out of pizza but its rude to refuse to make one because you dont think you can sell the rest of it. Take the sign down if i cant use this advertised deal

I went to this 7 eleven that I always go to today which is July 11th to get the free Slurpee and the guy running it made me and one other customer throw it away and told me after 7:00 p.m you have to pay , what a waste and what a loser. After that I went to a different 7 eleven and they said he was wrong to do that and they honored my free slurpee . I will never go to this 7 eleven again all I have to say is May God help you!
