For some reason instead of having pizza in the hot station they think you want to wait 10 minutes to make one. Somehow they fall below already low expectations.

Of Fizzy Finds and Golden Employees at 7-ElevenIf you ever find yourself on the humble, well-trodden path to a local 7-Eleven, brace yourself for a journey laden with everyday conveniences, affordable refills, and a treasure in the form of an exemplary employee named Riley. With regard to refreshments, the reduced-price refills at 7-Eleven are a bona fide boon, bestowing upon their patrons an affordable means to quench thirst. Each gulp, each swallow from these refills is akin to a budget-friendly oasis in the arid desert of everyday expenditure. However, the establishment's Coca-Cola products are a story of a diamond in the rough. The Coke, while it remains the classic cornerstone of the cola kingdom, appears to struggle with a somewhat erratic effervescence. Some days, the fizz is a jubilant dance on the tongue; on others, it feels like a subdued waltz. A little tweaking could perhaps aid in maintaining a more consistent carbonation level, bestowing upon each sip a standard bubbly delight that every Coke drinker yearns for. However, all this fades into oblivion when one encounters the most remarkable gem of this 7-Eleven - an employee named Riley. Words can barely do justice to the brilliance of Riley's dedication and commitment to her work. She navigates the aisles with the precision of a seasoned sailor steering through the most challenging storms, her smile as radiant as the morning sun.Every interaction with Riley is an illustration of supreme customer service, making patrons feel as if they're not merely in a convenience store, but a five-star experience. She handles every query, every request, with such grace and patience that you would think she was tending to royalty. Her spirit of service is as infectious as it is inspiring. One can't help but feel that a dragon's horde of wealth and riches would be a fitting reward for Riley's unwavering dedication. She is, without a doubt, the jewel in 7-Eleven's crown, and as such, should be rewarded accordingly. A gold coin or two from the company coffers, metaphorically speaking, would be a well-deserved tribute to her service. In conclusion, a visit to 7-Eleven is a unique tapestry of convenience, a dance of effervescence, and an encounter with exceptional service in the form of Riley. While their carbonation could do with some refining, their choice in staff is nothing short of golden.

Second time I got milk that was spoiled. My 7 year old puked before I knew there was something wrong AGAIN. They seemed more concerned about security cameras than serving bad milk.

Antoinette was the nicest cashier I’ve seen in action! On a Friday night where mist in line just wanted to go home and drink their liquor, she demonstrated patience/great customer service. She is also the first 7-11 employee I’ve ever heard greet customers as they walk in.

I love 7-11 but this one isn't great. Me and a buddy both got a Mountain Dew slurpee here and agreed it tasted off. Not bad off, but sort of good off. Later that day we are both sick sick sick. This was the only thing we consumed in common. That's bad, but worse is that I try to call them to tell them they might be selling poison and their phone number goes to a fax machine.

There are lots of 7-Elevens nearby but this one is my favorite. Everything is always well-maintained, organized and stocked. They have a consistent, kind staff, who have been there long enough that they get to know the names of their customers. They also have the best selection of fountain soda. The one by Whole Foods is several blocks closer to my house but I drive past it regularly just to go to this location. K.C. and his team geta an A+ for doing a great job!
