Went to sell a piece of jewelry that ended up being fake, not the point. There was some creepy old dude inside that kept staring at and following me and my girlfriend around the store, something I was totally oblivious to. The clerk who was helping us earlier handed me a note informing me of this, and told us that we were welcome to hang around until we felt comfortable enough to leave. 10/10 customer service and I wasn’t even a real customer. If nothing else I recommend doing business here because you can rest assured that you will be dealing with very professional, thoughtful people who truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment. Wish I remembered to get the guy’s name, but thank you anyways kind stranger!

DISHONEST PAWNSHOP. Bought a $350 gold chain as a gift for my son turning a teenager. This chain turned out to be fake and I was giving my son a hard time about having a dirty neck. I took it back and found the record of the purchase on 6/25/25 and the owner stated we didn’t sell
you this with no explanation. Even with the receipt. This pawnshop has no integrity and should be held accountable for this despicable way of treating a loyal customer for over the years. I never thought they would be selling FAKE jewelry and not honoring the receipt. Please join me and not doing any business here any longer. Ty for your support.

Super smooth and easy process. My purchase a gun online and had it sent here. As soon as I came in and they had everything prepared. It took maybe 10 minutes max and I was already out the door. Highly recommend them!!

We needed to do a gun ownership transfer. We arrived about 12:40 on a Saturday and were done within 15 minutes for a very reasonable sum of $35. The sales people were all very accommodating and the selection of items all in good repair. We will continue to do business there!
