Being a disabled senior with a fixed income i was shocked to see the item i wanted so expensive. When home i checked the same item on Prime in which they offered 2 of the same things for less price then the single item at this hardware store. Sure, everyone is kind and helpful but such greed need's to be shared with the public. Make a living and have a nice income and life but the manner in which you do it is shameful. Check your prices please.

This is my favorite Ace. I came looking for a set screw for my door handle, and the rep hunted and hunted. I left with two possibilities and a positive experience. They have everything, and when you walk in the door they will knew exactly where to find what you need.

Every time I go to this store, I receive such personalized and kind care. They're always so helpful, even carrying things out to my car for me. Home Depot can't compete with this kind of service. Just love this little store.

I went in for a few items to do some touch ups on a rental before moving out. Mimosa was working and greeted me with a smile, offered help finding things, checked me out with such a friendly attitude, THEN went so far above and beyond the call of duty. I mentioned I was seeking boxes for moving but didn’t want to buy a bunch as it’s just for storing until the movers come repack and she offered to save the shipment boxes and let me know. I was sick and couldn’t pick up so she took them home and held them until I could get there. This is absolute 5 star service and then some and she is amazing.

It’s disappointing how greed seems to have taken priority over helping customers. My son, who just started college here, lost the RFID chip in his key. I called Ace Hardware because I knew they handled key services. When I called, I was told they couldn’t program keys but could cut one.
So, I called a locksmith to come out and program and cut a new key. Unfortunately, his cutting machine broke, but he was able to program the blank to the car. With the programmed blank in hand, I returned to Ace to have it cut.
At that point, Ace refused to cut an “outside” key — meaning I would be forced to purchase a key from them, then find a locksmith to program it, and then possibly bring it back. I explained that no locksmith would agree to that, and the associate then informed me that Ace does offer programming — by appointment — contradicting what I had been told earlier when I called.
Here’s the bottom line: Ace wouldn’t cut my key because they wanted to force me into buying a $10 key from them, even though I already had a perfectly good blank. I don’t understand the need to nickel-and-dime loyal customers.
I won’t be shopping at Ace Hardware anymore. Fortunately, there are still businesses out there that value honesty and genuinely try to help people. Ace is clearly not one of them.

Love the location! Staff is great. Pretty good selection. The owner(?) was very nice to my twin boys at checkout. It’s my new go-to!
Changed my review: Location is still convenient. Staff are overbearing and afraid of customers ripping them off. I won’t go here anymore for the feeling I get being looked at as a potential shoplifter.
