I bought an Ego lawn mower a year ago, and it broke down in October of this year. I went to get warranty service, but it's been five weeks and it still hasn't been fixed. What's worse is that the service center is in Vancouver, Washington, over an hour away. And it's closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Had I known that, I never would have bought it. This is a review of the product, not the store.

The service is not good. My friend bought tools in this store. The staff is very irresponsible and shirks responsibility without handling it. I don’t recommend friends nearby to buy expensive things in this store.

Irresponsible ACE. Poor service attitude. Sold a broken tool and refused to fix it. Just said it was the way it was.

This store has terrible service. I bought this tool last year, but it was new and unboxed. I wanted to cut down a tree in my yard, but it didn't work at all. I sent it back to the store for repair. It was repaired, but it still didn't work. I sent it back again, and the staff was very impatient. Terrible service. I spent $650, and my tool still doesn't work. I'm very angry and will never buy anything from this store again.

I like to support local stores and this location is great for me. They have a good range of products. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always make this my first stop before shopping online or other larger stores.

The progress Ridge store manager is an absolute joke. He is condescending , Passive aggressive and does not know anything about the products and his store. Not sure if Ace has a district manager for this privately owned store, but if they do, they should look into the store manager.
