Alignment Specialties is solid, honest, and fair. I've been going to them for years now with all my vehicles. Chased issue on my car for about 6 months where every time I hit a bump the car felt like it was floating and going to swerve off the road (or worse). Rotated wheels, replaced tires, replaced multiple bushings in the independent front and rear suspensions with no luck. They found the rear alignment was out. Problem was fixed in about 30mins. It would have saved me a lot of time and money if I'd taken it here first!Service: Wheel alignment

Very affordable and not only finding the problem, but correcting it along with a quality alignment. Where a Local GM Dealer basically gave up on it and told me this was the best they could do. I highly recommend this shop for any front end work.

I have owned a Tesla Model Y for two years, I got an early production model when it just came out. Since then my steering wheel has been off center and I have taken it to Tesla twice to get it fixed. Each time they said it was fixed but the wheel was still off center. Even the blue wheel icon in Autopilot clearly showed it was rotated and off center. I assumed it was some kind of a manufacturing defect and decided to live with it. Recently in a Tesla forum, I saw many people complain about the off center steering wheel and one participant recommended Alignment Specialties. I just got my car back from them (Matt) today and I couldn't be more delighted. The steering wheel is dead center and the slight vibration is pretty much gone. Matt explained that electric drives need more precision than what an automated machine might say is good enough which is what he thinks might have happened with Tesla techs. If possible I will update this review in 30 days but based on this single visit and the 4 mile drive home, I am more than happy to recommend them to Tesla owners.

I had taken my truck into the local Ford dealership for inspection, there was a horrible squeaking noise from my front suspension. Dealership said it was my coil over but since it was a aftermarket part they wouldn’t fix it.Made a appointment to have it looked at by this company based on its solid reviews already.I thought it was going to be a 1 min inspection confirming that I needed new coil overs which is what I believed already. 35 minutes later he comes over to me and says nothing is wrong but a plastic boot is rubbing. Put a little grease on it and silent as a mouse!He now has 45 minutes into my inspection and even fixed the issue. I asked him what I owed and he said nothing, wasn’t anything really wrong! I can’t say enough on his honesty and customer service from this company. I still tipped him a $100 for his time and my unbelievable experience! Thank you!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was referred to Alignment Specialties by my regular auto repair shop, Wally and Son. This was after one of the big tire companies said they could not perform the service. They told me the alignment was too "out of whack" for them to perform. Alignment Specialties was able to do the alignment in less than 45 minutes at a nominal fee. There was nothing wrong with my car. The corporate technician's training was just lacking as he did not know that BMWs have a different alignment scheme. I am so sorry I bought tires from that same big tire company because I have significant tire wear in less than 6 months since they did not put them on properly. Thanks to Alignment Specialties I am safely on the road again. And I will buy my next tires at either Costco or Discount Tires.

I had my truck aligned by them over a decade ago. The owner was kind enough to show me my lower ball joint was about to pop loose and recommended an aftermarket lower ball join which he was able to get me the next day.I recently recommended a good friend of mine to give this shop more business.

They did an excellent job aligning our 2021 Tesla. We only wish we had done it earlier as at only 10,739 miles we had 2 rear tires that were worn out.

Best family owned shop by far. I took my truck to our regular mechanic and he kept pushing me out for 3 weeks. Finally decided to take my truck to Alignment specialties. By that time my ball joints were so bad that Matt was shocked I was still driving it. I asked for his help and he told me he would have it done the next day as I need the truck for work. Matt did a full inspection of the suspension and called me back withing the hour that he needed another part to make sure the truck was done properly and nothing was missed. Next day I got a call earlier than promised that the truck is done. When I came to pick up the truck Matt gave me all the details of what was broken and what type of maintenance I need to do to the new suspension to make it last longer. I couldn't be more happier on how knowledgable and professional he was from start to finish. Very, very grateful he fixed all the ball joints, bushings and links on my big diesel truck. Did the alignment and the truck hands down drives better then it has ever driven. Highly recommend to go there for all your suspension and alignment needs! -Andrey
