Last month the police had my vehicle towed after an accident I had...
I had all my personal belongings out of the vehicle when the driver tells me I can put everything back in and get everything out at the yard where they are towing my truck. So I toss everything in the truck and give the driver the keys. He tells me "yeah for sure you can get your stuff at the yard, just call em up when you're going there" so after waiting on the side of 217 my ride shows up and I call about my stuff... They tell me $432 to get ANYTHING out of it.
( I had all my tools for work, nearly all of my clothes, my work boots, family pictures, credit slips for over $100, debit cards, bunch of important paperwork, SS Card, some jewelry, easily over 3k just in cordless tools and nailers)
I didn't have the money and was planning on challenging the tow which I did and ultimately the judge ruled it was valid. I didn't have the lien. Paperwork yet but got it in the mail that day or I would have challenged the price they were charging me. Paperwork says 327 for the tow initially and $250 for current storage and $50 a day storage and total lien of $2396... If the tow was lets say 350+ 50x32=$1600+$350=$1950 so where did the other $450 come from? My girlfriend called the morning the truck was to be auctioned off and they told her it would be 2000 to get the truck, I show l up and they told me 2500, my paper said 2396... These guys are for sure up to some shady stuff
On top of that I showed up at the time and place of auction that my lien paperwork said had to happen and even listed the ORS law. Only to be told by employees that they didn't even have to auction it and they could scrap it right then if they wanted. And basically that my lien paperwork was just the tell me I had until that time to pay that amount to get my vehicle. So needless to say I have made a complaint to the towing board, and I am also talking to attorneys to pursue any and all legal actions! I recommend it to anyone who has a similar experience with any tow company. They will continue to do whatever they want tell people whatever they want and charge whatever they want unless people take the time and energy and deal with the hassle to do something about it!

After an accident, the police called All Day Towing, and now I can't get personal items out of the car, like my work badge. The first time I called, I was told I needed to have insurance and to call them, and they would schedule a time for us to pick up our items. The second time we called to permit the insurance company to pick up the car as it was totaled, I was told I needed to call with the insurance company for them to release the vehicle. I feel like they are milking all the storage fees as they can.

They are rude, unprofessional and allow non employees to help with loading of vehicles. The van should have been loaded from the rear. They chose to pull the vehicle out sideways. They broke the axle, ruined the tire rim. The tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. They claim it is acceptable to damage your property in the process of loading the vehicle. Do not under any circumstance allow them near your vehicle.

Worst service ever. We went today 5/31/24 to pick up our son’s motorcycle. We arrived at 4:45pm and the company said the driver would be right back to open the gate and that he had to run to the restroom in Sherwood. We waited and called back an hour later and he said the driver was in his way. Meanwhile I notice the gate sign says it’s an extra $47 gate fee past 6:00. The driver shows up at 6:01 and tells us to pay the fee on top of the $820 we owe for “storage”. When I called the company they spoke to the driver and only talked in Spanish so I didn’t know what they were saying. The driver then became rude and accused me of telling his wife off. Even the wife said I was very polite. My husband and I hauled the bike onto a trailer which took a long time because it was missing a front tire . No help from this guy, but he made his wife stand in the hot sun to watch.

Horrible company to deal with. The driver damaged my car and left the scene. Police were dispatched to arrest him. Worst company for towing! The repair will cost thousands of dollars.
I'm contacting my attorney as wel to file a lawsuit

They’re under new management and went from a good business to the worst kind of business. They told us exactly what we needed to get into our totaled vehicle. When we showed up with literally what we were told to bring we were denied us entry into our vehicle. We were after our daughter’s soccer jersey and a blanket my wife has had since childhood. They admitted telling us the wrong info but they wouldn’t waive the additional days storage fee till the dmv opened.Enraging experience.

I was stuck on the side of the road and they were so nice. The tow driver was fast to get there and fast to load and unload my car. Obviously be prepared to pay an arm and a leg but I had about as nice of an experience you can hate when your car breaks down.
