I was dreading going hot tub shopping but from the get go Jayce at Arctic Spas made our visit very worthwhile. He was very knowledgable about Arctic Spas and it was apparent that they are a quality spa, especially for cold weather areas. We left armed with information but returned after visiting another manufacturer's show room and a national dealer. Our order has now been placed and I have no doubt the delivery process will go as anticipated.

Maybe the best service I have received from a high-end product I have purchased. I purchased my hot tub in 2023… added many custom features and each have been amazing. I had been looking at a new Arctic Spa for a few years, and when Jennifer took the lead on working through the specifics of the process, everything went very smoothly. Her attention to detail, flexibility, communication, attentiveness, and knowledge are unmatched. You would think it ended there… not the case. From the delivery to questions throughout the past few months, the Arctic Spa team has been nothing short of spectacular. Always a smile and full of knowledge… our family has always felt well taken care of. Brendan is always available to assist with questions and suggestions. Jayce has been the same way. We use our spa twice a day… definitely a great investment. I have owned Arctic Spas over the past 10-15 years, and only purchased a new one as I moved to a different state. Suffice to say… you get more than a high quality product… the service is unmatched.

It’s difficult not giving excellence a 10. My first Artic Spa lasted 23 years. This one has a life time cabinet. I love the look, deeper seating, adjustable headrests and Artic always improving their products.
Jennifer and her crew in Vancouver sold me my first one and the second. Great people, great product, great service and product knowledge makes for a great experience.

Frank is amazing! Loved that I could actually try out the swim spa in store before buying. Probably the biggest selection of spas in town. It’s a little off the beating path but totally worth checking out!

Arctic Spas is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. If I could give them 10-stars on Google, I would.They returned every email, phone call, and answered my every question. Our new hot tub cover and lifter works great. The guys that came out and installed it did an excellent job.There are lots of local companies selling hot tub covers, but the reviews were not good regarding customer satisfaction. I am so glad we chose Arctic Spas.

My 1st year with Totem Artic Spa salt water system with ozone spa just occurred. It has been so easy to maintain and the water is crystal clean and never has that nasty chlorine smell.The installation went great and everything continues to operate properly.The staff and manager answered all my questions and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I appreciate the knowledge they have and their high quality product!

So helpful and friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable and they take the time to explain everything you need to know. I never feel like I’m being rushed, I never consider going anywhere else for my spa needs.

Tubs are great - service and office hours not so good.I've been here multiple times and waited for them to unlock the door and turn on open sign well past 20 min from the time they said they would open.Not good business practices.

The team at Arctic Spas Northwest is friendly and quick to offer solutions and explain the value of their products and services.Take my advice if you are shopping for a spa and you want a product that is low maintenance and extremely high value choose Arctic Spa!It is the best value for the money!
