Felt so comfortable for my first visit to Aspen Dental, everybody was so friendly and personable. Dr. Hernan didn't rush me whatsoever and had time to answer all my questions. Will definitely be back and would recommend this spot to my friends for sure.

Friendly, wonderful people. Dr Sager Kalla and the staffs are the best. You feel welcome and treated like a family. I will recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs dental work.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL office! Staff is amazing! I've been in there quite a lot recently, and every single time everyone has been so friendly, welcoming, and always wonderful about dealing with my anxiety about dental procedures. I highly recommend the Beaverton office.

Excellent service, I have had my dentures for almost 9 years and every time I have needed any kind of adjustment to make them feel just right you have always been more than accommodating. Today was no exception, my lower dentures which snap in were loose and fit wonderfully now. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give you a 15. Everyone is very friendly and caring. Thank you Sincerely my dentures fit great.

I went there because I was in so much pain, got checked it did an X-ray, they took me around the back I wasn’t seen until about 25-30 minutes, I was so mad about that anyways the dentist came examine and gave a prescription for some meds. Honestly no pain since!!! I gave the 5 because I’m not feeling pain and also for Lucy who followed up otherwise from the dentist and the other staff they need to catch up.

Dentist Tice gave me lasting jaw popping and issues from intensely driving a wedge between my back teeth. Was told they could replace my silver fillings with white, then was told after the fact that insurance wouldn't cover it. Also decided at my last appt of the series that "we should just fill 3 more because they could become cavities in the futuree" and scheduled me another appointment. Thousands of dollars that took me a while to pay off. Would reconsider this place if I could go back and do it again. Female staff were very supportive and kind though, I will give them that.

Extremely completely disorganized.I've been wearing the same Invisigln tray since almost 3 months ago because I'm still waiting for the new tray and no one can even tell me what is going on. Sent email 5 weeks ago but the nice manager forgot to get back to me after saying she will find out the ETA. Then I emailed again about 3 weeks ago but the nice manager went on a long vacation already. Then 2 weeks ago I called on 3 different days but nobody picks up. I left voicemail twice but nobody bothered to call back. Then 1 week ago I finally managed to talk to a temporary manager Lori from California who felt really bad and apologized for the fiasco and write down my number and promised to find out what happened and get back to me. Still not hearing back.I encountered more issues last year that I can list but I think people don't like reading long review. Feel free to message me if you want to hear all the issues.

Doctor Ritter and her dental assistant were absolutely amazing with filling my teeth today. They both were super communicative on everything that was going on and definitely did an amazing job calming my nerves. They are the absolute best and I’m super happy to have a dentist I feel 100% confident in.

Aspen dental is my go to dentist office, having been to two locations one in Florida and now here in Oregon. The ladies here are the nicest, warmest and just overall the best. Never felt more comfortable at a dentist. They talk to you about what’s going on in your mouth, what we need to watch and things to change in your teeth cleaning routine. Have been telling all my coworkers this is the place to go.

DO NOT GO HERE. Truly the worst dentist experience of my life. Tried to schedule a cleaning, they made me schedule an exam first. As a new patient I said fine, okay. I work a full-time 9-5, so I had to take time off work in the morning. I went in as early as possible, did x-rays, and as I was sitting waiting for the exam, the receptionist came in and said, "sorry the dentist is sick, we need to reschedule." I understand being sick, but very unprofessional to reschedule while I'm already sitting in the chair waiting. So I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment and take MORE time off work. Plus, I had warned them before that I had severe dental anxiety and I need to be walked through everything that the dentist does BEFORE he does it. That absolutely did not happen. He told me I needed a ton of work (which second opinion proved was not true). I left in tears after they tried to schedule another appointment. They said they would follow up later (never did). Additionally, they tried to charge me for two exams! I called THREE times to explain that I had only had one exam, as the dentist had not shown up to the first. Ended up just giving up and paying, canceling my dental insurance and getting new insurance just so I can go somewhere else. Save your money and your teeth.

The office staff at this location, especially Lucy the administrator, is absolutely excellent! Very friendly, accommodating, and caring, and they do listen to your concerns, legitimately. When it comes to Lucy, I would offer her a job, if I had one to give her, that would pay her more than she probably makes here. Lol. Definite applause to the administrative staff at this Aspen dental location!

I am extremely anxious when it comes to dented work… I had 7 teeth surgery removed with full anesthesia and I must say I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at a dr office.. today is day three of my recovery and I have absolutely zero complaints pain level at a one I even worked the very next day thanks you so much to jazmyn and the rest of the staff that were a part of my care teamTURLY professional gental and friendly 5 stars

Didn't even get in the door. JJ (who drags your rating up to 2 stars) was very nice and helped me schedule an appt for two days out which was great due to a broken tooth. At the end of the conversation, as if she knew, she said they would call me if something came up. Sure enough, the next morning I get a call from a different girl telling me they couldn't honor my appt. I was asked if I needed that original time, then if could go later that day, and then the girl I was talking to quickly backed out of that suggestion then saying there wasn't anything open until the upcoming Tuesday a week out. During the call the girl on the phone was getting shorter and shorter with me like I was the one breaking the appt and fumbling through setting up a new one. Never offered to maybe call if something came up sooner being as I had also told her I had a broken tooth I needed repaired. I then told them that if Tuesday was the soonest they can get me in I will call around and find something else and call them back if I still needed their services. A "fine" and a click was the response. Not a great way to get customers in the door.

I come here mainly for my biannual teeth cleaning! They get the job done and it feels great. I'd take a teeth cleaning over a massage!!Before going, call your insurance and verify that you're covered for the service and always ask if anything being offered costs money. If a definitive answer isn't given then say no.
