Do not set up your phone service at this location or any AT&T location that is not specifically corporate owned. This location is not owned by AT&T rather a third party middleman company that profits off of saying whatever they need to say to make a sale. If you see the words “authorized retailer” anywhere, RUN. They cannot help you with any account issues and are only interested in upselling you however they can. I came to this location thinking I could get help with an account issue and they had me waste 40 minutes only to be given the general customer support line and told that they could not help me. The only confirmed corporate owned location in the area that I am aware of is the store at Washington Square Mall. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Joe was patient and very knowledgeable with a great attitude! He handled multiple customers in a timely manner. Definitely returning to him for all our future service needs. And their AC is working again so it’s nice and cool there now.

We worked with Sosa at this store and he is great! So knowledgeable, helpful, and competent. However, this location does not have AC. Y'all, it is boiling in this store on a warm day! Don't go here to shop. It was miserable. Also, it's unsafe for folks who work at this store! Management needs to do better.

Emanuel is AMAZING! He made the whole process totally painless for me and was an absolute joy to talk to! He was super attentive, engaging and hilarious while fully communicating with me everything he was doing to troubleshoot the issues I was experiencing on my phone. Would 100% recommend him and this AT&T store to my family, friends and coworkers!

I had the best service from Emmanuel today at this AT&T retail store. I went in with a problem trying to transfer my phone # from an ex-business account to my personal account after failing multiple times over the phone with AT&T directly. Emmanuel spent over an hour on the phone assisting me with the overly complicated network at AT&T HQ.
As customers came in the door, he greeted and multi-tasked helping them while staying on hold and working through my issues. He was always professional, nice, calm, and effective. I can't say enough great things about him. I went in with a high level of frustration with AT&T, and ready to leave my over 20 year account, but due to the exceptional service I received from Emmanuel, I will remain a customer.

Great experience with Tony the manager of this store. I typically get frustrated or confused with my in store cell phone experiences. Tony did an amazing job of walking me through each step so I could easily understand what was happening and felt knowledgeable in making my account and new cell phone decisions. This was our best cell service experience EVER! The store was busy, but they were getting around to everyone. Tony helped us and was awesome - super patient, answered all our questions, was so friendly. Honestly it sounds cheesy, but if every experience was like this I wouldn’t dread upgrading my phone. My primary internet provider went out and I needed a temporary solution. Oscar and Manny listened to me and got creative to help me find the best option for my situation. It was a great deal, they did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. My whole house is back online and it’s just as stable and fast as my original hard-wired connection.

I’m not sure what’s happened to the service at AT&T stores, but it is completely gone downhill over the years. Went in today to get help with my sons Apple Watch that the service was not working right and the employee there did not really want to help us and made me call the 1-800 number and got up and just left.
