I’m not sure what’s happened to the service at AT&T stores, but it is completely gone downhill over the years. Went in today to get help with my sons Apple Watch that the service was not working right and the employee there did not really want to help us and made me call the 1-800 number and got up and just left.

My wife and I came in about an hour before closing on a Sunday. Having paid off our devices about 6 months ago and the iPhone 15 overheating issues resolved, we decided to both upgrade. Tim got us in and out of there in well under an hour, including purchasing and transferring service to the new devices. Would definitely recommend this store.

I had a very good experience at the AT&T store in Beaverton. On 11/28/23, I walked in with no appointment needed. Nick and Tony helped me to have my new phone activated, and to have all my data files transferred from my old phone to the new phone. I really appreciate their time and efforts. The superior employees like Nick and Tony make AT&T a great company. Hold Long for T!

I went into the AT&T store with a problem with my phone. Tony was able to help me. I’ll the problem efficiently knowledgeably. What a great thing to know that there’s always help at that store. That’s awesome.

HOLY SUPERHERO NICK, Batman! Just got a new iphone and couldn't get my number transferred over from my old phone. Called the store. Nick told me to come on in and he'd help. I walked into the store, looked at him and said, "Nick, I''m here to see you." and he said, "Megan? I'm here to help!" AND DID HE! First of all, what an absolute salt of the earth guy. So kind, so friendly, SO capable/knowledgeable/professional. Nick got my number switched over in no time. What an awesome experience. NICK FOR PRESIDENT! Of AT&T AND America! You won't go wrong going into this store!

I had a very good experience with the guys, Nick, Troy & Tim at the Beaverton AT&T store, all three represented the company well. I have recommended this store & the three employees highly to my friends & I’m sure I’ll be doing business with them in the near future!

I was provided exceptional and competent service from Tony Matev. My phone had been stolen and he walked me through my options and gave advice. If you need a phone, go in and ask for Tony.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. This place legit scammed me. They added a fake line and then attached my new phone payments onto it so I can not cancel. Do not trust Justin. This review will change if AT&T fixes its phone line cramming issue.

I was there yesterday about noontime, the short hair lady who works there basically lied to me about AT&T services just because she didn’t wanted to help me , I got out and get the service from Xfinity . This is how you lose a customer AT&T. #Shame

I just want to give a big shout out to the new manager at this location. Christina you are so awesome! Honest, helpful, goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was even going above and beyond to help and elderly couple when I walked in. If you need help she's the person to see. Thanks again Christina!

This AT&T retailer flat out lied and broke a contractual agreement. They advertised a trade in program for iPhones, so I went through the process to trade in my old one, and they said after three months of billing on the new phone they would issue a payment of $350 for my old phone. I never heard anything from them or Apple afterwards. I went into the store and they said sorry it had to be done in 30 days, nothing they can do. Absolute bait and switch, false advertising, false information. I talked to a different AT&T store and they said this “Spearhead” one is notorious for this kind of misleading and false information.

Representative Janette S was a "rock star" of helpfulness, courtesy and efficiency. I was in and out of the store in a flash after converting 4 phones from a different carrier to AT&T. Everything worked just as it was supposed to.
