Employees should be able to handle FAN PIN resets or provide it to customers who provide an ID. Instead, a manager has to be physically present and there is only one there sometimes. The employees didn’t even know the schedule of the manager. I never received the FAN PIN email new customers are supposed to receive upon signup. I still cannot access my account online because of this, and rely on their text messages which normally happen only when it is past due, so it makes my bill more expensive. An employee has to tell me my due date because I cannot speak to a representative on the phone without a FAN PIN or access my online account. It doesn’t make sense that employees are trusted to handle inventory, opening and closing, but can’t be trusted to reset or provide FAN PINS.

FRAUD!! FORGERY! I was only getting a quote yesterday from a rep walking my neighborhood. The rep signed off on the order ,forging a signature. I did not approve or agree to anything or sign anything .It was to be a quote only. I now how 3 phones coming I DID NOT ORDER. I have called him 4x today. I was to call him back if I wanted to proceed. The kid who came to my house forged a signature. I DID NOT APPROVE ANYTHING OR SUGN ANYTHING!!!No one at at&t can help. I need to now go to a a store to un do all this. I am pissed and will be filing formal complaint ! I have been on the phone for over 2 hours. Not one upper manger could even help because this kid also created a special pin that is needed to authenticate. Omg!!!!!!

I would say going here is hit or miss. I had a great experience the first 2 people I dealt with. The 3rd person added lines with highest tier (instead of matching my other lines) and added a feature I requested not to be added and then he said it would automatically fall off the account later and not worry about it. Called the store and got a different response. I would go somewhere else...or risk it if other places suck too.

Sandon and Tarus was so kind and amazing! I had a bad experience at the art in Washington Square a few years ago and refused to get an upgrade for the last 4 years because of that bad guest service. Unfortunately, my phone got stolen today and I decided to drop by the store that is near my work, which the Beaverton location, and they were amazing! They didn't try to upsell me or lie to me about the amount I needed to pay (like Washington square did) and actually gave me some amazing deals and super empathetic towards me and my situation!

Had to replace one of the telephones on my account after it was stolen. Gage went above and beyond in his support. Gage found several items on my account that were not necessary and ended up providing a substantial savings in my monthly billing. Best AT&T experience I have had in a long time!

Thanks to the poor customer service at this store, I won’t be purchasing a phone from AT&T directly again. This is an authorized retailer and not a corporate store so after they sell you a phone and upsell you an unnecessary service plan that doesn’t have any realized benefits above and beyond your current plan, they provide less than zero service when you return to the store with an issue with your brand new phone.

I came into this AT&T store after breaking my phone and was so impressed by the great service from Gage. He made sure we had all the promotions available and we walked out with new phones and a lower bill!
