Gage was instrumental in getting my AT&T operational after a very bad experience with Assurion. He went past sales & truely performed outstanding customer service. He walked me through the problems with Assurions multiple denials of my lost or stolen claim. He transferred my data from an old phone to my new refurbished Iphone. His cooperation allowed me to emerge from the worst insurance claim ever to having my AT&T service restored. My thanks to this outstanding young man.

My husband, Gregg and I met Austin Weseman as we walked in the AT&T store at Progress Ridge! Right away we felt so comfortable with talking to him. We were looking for 2 new phones and an IPad. Austin talked to us and helped us to find the best phones for us. He told us about prices that would work for our budget. Once we made our choices he followed through with us to make sure all was going the way we’d expected. When our new phones arrived, he helped us set them up and taught us what we needed to know! We went back several times to ask questions and he was always so willing to help us. You see we are both 81 and need extra care! And understanding. We got it from Austin! He’s the best!!

My wife and I are seniors and not really up-to-speed on all the new technology. We needed new cell phones, and Austin provided excellent advice on new cell phones and trade-in economies on our need-to-have. I wanted a good camera and software; Austin explained the various cameras available and gave excellent direction for my new cell phone camera. If there were even 10 stars available, I’d mark all 10 for Austin. Austin is an excellent representative for AT&T.

This is the best AT&T store in the Portland Metro area thanks to one person, Austin. I would have left AT&T if not for him. He knows what customer service is and has the knowledge to provide it. Solves your problems quickly and efficently with a smile.

Really happy with the customer service here. Seems like every place I go has lost the importance of not acting like they’d rather be anywhere else than work. It’s a quiet store but deserves more attention. Shoutout to Austin for being one of the rare ones that actually cares about his work. He was patient, knowledgeable and really simplified my problem for me. Will be back!
