Nick was absolutely amazing !! He helped me for hours, helped me set up a new phone, help me transfer a phone data, got me all kinds of protection devices for my new phone, explained various cell phone plans for the rest of my family. I’m very difficult to deal with and I get frazzled easily and there’s so much information that he patiently worked with meet through the entire process. He is absolutely fabulous and incredible and needs to be promoted.

I bought it here internet doesn’t work well I returned it to via ups AT&T said I don’t receive it the equipment now they said pay $200 fee what I can do who’s mistake here I contact this place simply saying cal customer service shit service

Austin, Ali, and Darrell are amazing. They spent an hour going above and beyond for myself and another woman in here. This is an amazing store and I highly recommend coming here. Their service is truly top notch.

Liliana was great. She completely knew how to help me with my issue. She was informative and not pushy. She told me of all my options and helped me make an informed decision. I was very upset that I needed to replace my broken phone, but I had such a good experience, I had my husband come in later that day and get his phone upgraded with Liliana too.

I worked with Ali and his manager Nick who were both absolutely fantastic. A phone representative place a couple upgrade orders on our business account without our consent or authorization and these two successfully helped take this whole issue off our plate. We had to go in-store a few separate times, each time they greeted us at the door when we entered, were very understanding of what was going on and ensured all the proper steps were taken so we didn't have to deal with any additional or unnecessary charges. On top of helping me with our complex issue they were able to assist other customers with all their issues just as confidently and swiftly as they helped us. Ali worked with us to the best of his ability however wasn't quite able mitigate our situation and then brought in Nick, I am so very grateful to the both of them. I highly recommend this At&t location

I went in to my local AT&T company store to get assistance in updating my new credit card information.
It took 2 Assistants and 30 minutes to do this successfully.
The current system is way too complicated!
