I was in the market for a new car and the Audi Q5 was one of my top choices. Lizzie was so kind, patient, and helpful in determining which car could be a good fit for me. While the one I had come in for sold that same day, she showed me similar options and helped me determine which package would be the best fit. Lizzie’s professionalism, efficiency, and communication made her a pleasure to work with, and while I ultimately went with a different brand’s car, I have only good things to say about my experience at Audi Beaverton!

I was in the market for a new car and had reached out to Shane Randall, whom I've worked with previously when I purchased my 2018 A4 a few years ago. I reached out to Shane through e-mail and set up an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, the staff at Audi Beaverton were welcoming, offering something to drink while they called Shane. The dealership is nice and all the cars in the showroom were stunning. I test drove a 2025 Q3 and it was a beautiful ride! Shane went through all the features of the car, both inside and out. He is easy to work with and I REALLY appreciate that there was no pressure to buy. Would highly recommend Shane if you're looking for a car at Audi Beaverton.

We found a used Audi A4 on their website that we were very interested in, and Shane reached out right away with detailed videos and photos. Unfortunately, the car sold the next day before we could make it in. I asked Shane to keep us in mind if something similar came into their inventory.
Two weeks later, he followed up with a beautiful A4 they had just taken in, and thanks to his quick communication, we were able to purchase it.
Shane was incredible to work with from start to finish. He made the financing process smooth and stress-free, and even took over an hour to sit with us in the car and walk through every feature, function, and setting so we felt completely comfortable before driving off. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart.
We will absolutely be working with Shane and the entire team again, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

Audi has always treated me well. There have been a couple of uncontrollable events, but Ivan and his staff have done a great job resolving any issue. Ufo is the best service rep they have, and you’ll be lucky if you get him. They always offer something to drink and I believe a snack, which is nice.

We had a Porsche 2017 for the last eight years loved my car unfortunately it had its last run. The expenses were just too high for us to repair it. We decided to trade it in. I called Audi and I was given Gerson for our sales man and he was very patient with me as I was trying to figure out what to do since I was driving a loaner car and I knew my time was limited. I went in to meet Gerson and we started the hunt for the perfect car for me and I started with the Audi Q5 and the Audi 2025 Q5 Sportback. Gerson was suggesting the Q5 sportback based on what I was saying. I loved the Q5 sportback because it was less big to drive and it fit my needs better. Gerson, Brandon and Dalton delivered well for us and was able to get us the payment I needed to feel comfortable and a fair trade value for our Porche. The photos are a size comparison of my Porche to the other two options I liked and the final one is the photos the grey/ beige interior.
I’m very pleased! Thank you Gerson you did great! Thank you Brandon for making it possible!

We flew out to buy a used car, but the salesman had zero knowledge about the car. We ended up wasting over an hour just sitting there while he was busy studying the car himself, and in the end, we had to look things up on Google together. Additionally, the features he had promised in advance didn’t actually exist, and the car’s condition was worse than expected. When we tried to negotiate the price, the manager didn’t even show up and simply told the salesman that no negotiation would take place. We’ve never encountered such an unprofessional place, especially with a manager who doesn’t even make an appearance.
