Liberty Mutual Insurance Company made us pay
a good portion of damage repairs that their client
caused by hitting my wife's parked car in May.
Auto Damage Experts made a thorough case for us;
and when Liberty Mutual refused to answer our
Certified Letter for damages, they recommended
a sterling young Lawyer, Nathan Sosa, who is now
my Attorney in this case.

I hired Auto Damage Experts because their website made them sound like a professional, hands-on company that would handle the entire diminished value process — including a follow-up inspection and communication with the repair shop and insurance company.
David was very knowledgeable about cars and seemed confident during the initial inspection, which gave me some hope. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended. After the first visit, communication dropped off completely. The promised follow-up inspection never happened, and despite multiple mentions that they would reach out to Freeman Motors on my behalf, they never did.
It became clear that once they were paid, they had no real interest in helping me through the rest of the process. There was no advocacy, no updates, and no support when it actually mattered. I felt completely on my own.
For the amount they charge, I expected a service that would stand by their word and actually follow through — not just take photos, issue a report, and disappear. I’m incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for true post-repair support. It was nothing but a waste of money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I handed them two cases (in parallel) and was disappointed with the outcome in both.
The only positive is that David appears to be quite knowledgeable about the intricacies of auto body work. He was able to identify issues with my vehicles that the repair shop had initially missed. Thanks to his findings, the shop went back and corrected those problems.
However, beyond David’s expertise, the company is very poorly managed. Communication was a constant struggle—I had to repeatedly follow up via email and phone just to get updates.
In my first claim, I ended up wasting the $595 fee after ADE later discovered that Diminished Value (DV) wasn’t even covered by my insurance. This is something they should have verified before accepting the case.
In the second case, after months of delays and lack of communication, I finally turned to a lawyer they had recommended. I did eventually recover some money for the DV loss, but nearly all of the work was done by the attorney, not ADE.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of both time and money. I would strongly recommend going directly to a qualified attorney and skipping this company altogether.

David helped me out immensely when I purchased a used car that had much more extensive damage than what was disclosed to me.
Because of his thorough inspection report I was ultimately able to get my money back from the dealer.

David and team were super helpful when I had to deal with post-repair issue. I had been hit in 2018 and gotten body work done at the time, but 7 years later that body work failed due to poor workmanship; my car ended up getting totalled. Auto Damage Experts provided guidance and insight on what to expect as a fair offer, as well as next steps dealing with insurance. They were great!

I wouldn't personally recommend working with this company. You'll spend as much time chasing them for answers as the insurance company, and you'll wait weeks to back legal templates that read as though they were written by an angry high schooler.
To be clear, I did end up settling for more than I paid, and my case was more difficult than most. But their professionalism leaves much to be desired. I would advise others to consider other providers in the space.

Requested a post accident appraisal. Told to fill out form, sent it. Call them back coz to follow up coz i heard nothing from nobody. Was reassured they will call. they never called.

Horrible customer service. I furnished them with all the paperwork they requested, then didn't hear back. So I followed up, and was told how busy they were and that essentially I wasn't a priority. So I followed up after a couple of weeks again. And they've essentially ghosted me. Emily Smith did not make me feel like a valued customer at all. A lot of time wasted with Auto Damage Experts.

David and the team are thorough, professional, and go above and beyond for their customers. They are trustworthy and go to bat for their clients. It’s so refreshing calling and having a real person, whom is knowledgeable and friendly, answer the phone as well. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have my trust, and recommendations for family and friends.

This business seems to have problems with their productivity. On Monday I spent about an hour filling out their online form. On Wednesday I finally reached someone in their office who confirmed they had received my information and were working on it and I would hear back later that day or Thursday. Today is Friday and I have not heard anything and their phone rings and goes to voicemail. If they treat customers like this who want to spend their money locally, I can only imagine the radio silence folks get after they pay for an appraisal here.

David and Emily are amazing!!!David did a post repair inspection and found my repairs to be subpar and too dangerous to drive. He literally saved my life! If I was reared ended again my car would not of been safe! David and Emily were fantastic! I purchased a 2020 certified vehicle from a local dealership. I am no car expert and trusted the dealership and certification process. I began to notice some noises that concerned me and took my vehicle to my mechanic, who sent me to Heitzman Auto Body (who were awesome btw), and they referred me to David. David inspected the vehicle and determined it had been in one or more accidents with body and frame damage that had been poorly repaired. Because of David's opinion letter, I was able to get all of my money back plus the cost of his inspection and the dealership changed the way they complete their certification process. I highly recommend Auto Damage Experts!

Because of Auto Damage Experts, the insurance company paid my diminished value claim IN FULL!!! Unbelievable! I am so thankful for David and his team. Their inspection and report were thorough. Their directions on how to file the claim were clear. They were so helpful, courteous, and quick to return emails. I highly recommend them.
