Been here a few times now and Mustafa and everyone I’ve spoken to have always been kind, direct, and taken the time to explain to me their process in a way I can understand and learn from. I’m out of state and had Amazing Auto do a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I was looking at. Mostafa was beyond thorough in this inspection and really went the extra mile to ensure I had all the information I needed to buy this car sight unseen. Highly recommend for the high quality service, transparent pricing, and excellent communication!

the guys are experts when it comes to auto repair. my vehicle was at the dealership down the road i have a 2021 Audi Q5 that the dealership said needed an engine. i called around a few shops in the area and found amazing auto to be the best knowledgeable when speaking to me on the phone, mustafa assured me that i may not need a motor and this is typical dealer bull crap. After getting it towed to amazing auto i was greeted with a friendly environment and top notch service. After a week communicating back and forth they completed my timing chain and saved my engine. its been a month and everything is running perfectly thank you again you guys rock.
BTW Read previous negative reviews and loved the way you guys responded. You can't please everyone but you sure pleased me.

i don't know where to begin last week i was stuck in the middle of the road called a few shops and basically all told me to kick rocks or wait a week. i called amazing auto and not only did they get me in the same day but the did free diagnostics and had it running in a few hours for me to get back on the road to Idaho. here i am writing this review after 2 months because i cant thank you guys enough mustafa and his team are 1 in a million.

Haven’t felt this comfortable with a mechanic in a long time. Mustafa and the team here were honest, hospitable, and friendly with me while I was here and saved me a lot of $ on my truck. I highly recommend anyone having trouble with their vehicle to bring it here and after all these years it’s awesome to have a mechanic that I can trust. Thank you!

When I brought my ailing 1987 Volkswagen Vanagon with a Subaru engine and a bunch of after market parts to this place I wasn't sure they'd be game to really dig in and find the root of its problems. I've traveled all over the western US in this van and when there's a problem I can't solve myself most shops either won't touch it or try to get it out the door as fast as possible. It's a difficult vehicle, so I don't blame them.
But Amazing Auto Service, who I've used 3 times, always comes through. They not only solve the issue at hand, but will always note any other problems they see and ask if I'd like those addressed as well. They always give great advice and are happy to walk me through what they're fixing and how so I can gain more knowledge and independence when it comes to maintaining my own vehicle. They've spotted things other mechanics missed multiple times.
Mustafa has gone above and beyond on several occasions by saving old parts so I could return or sell them, picking me up from where I was staying way out in Gaston because I otherwise couldn't get a ride to the shop for several days, and comping hours' worth of diagnostic time on a hard-to-find vacuum leak. He's always looking for a practical solution that works and saves you cash.
As a petite femme my experience at the mechanic varies. Some places treat me like I'm wallpaper, not listening to a word I say. But Mustafa treats me with respect and talks to me like a human being, actually listening to the issues I'm reporting.
I highly recommend this place and I know where I'll be taking future vehicles as well as sending friends!
