When other local shops wouldn't work on my Volkswagen, Autohous wasn't afraid at all. They have been around forever and they have built their business on creating a relationship with their customer, not just making money. They are top notch!

Marshall at Autohaus Bayern is amazing. I called the shop on the monday after thanksgiving was able my car in first thing wednesday morning and got the exact information I needed at a price that I thought was extremely reasonable. 5/5 I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have only trusted Mercedes to work on my car for the last 5 years I’ve owned it, and I was nervous taking it somewhere else, at first. Not only was I pleasantly surprised by the bill, but when I was told my original issue was more than I thought, I did not feel like I was being ripped off. Very honest and friendly, and above all else, my issue was fixed and I passed DEQ! 100% recommend going here! Thank you guys for your help!!!

Returning customer of many years. Completed major maintenance on 2015 X5 including replacing bushings. Now drives like new. In all my experience with Autohaus, they have been honest and do good work. Completely satisfied and will continue to be a customer in the future.

Autohaus has poor service and quality. They caused expensive damage that required going to another shop to repair. Stay away!

I want to thank Marshall for getting me into the shop as quickly as he did and to give the highest of praise to George. I took my car in to get a coolant flush. Once my car was in the bay, George asked if I wanted to take a look at the underside of my car. He pointed to the exact issues my car had and walked me through what was a priority and what the issues could cause. So many shops will simply tell you what's wrong and you're stuck with wondering if they're being dishonest. Not here, they're completely upfront and will show you first hand what's going on
