y’all they DRILLED THROUGH MY TOENAIL on my 2nd toe 😭 when i tell you this hurt so bad and i told her stop multiple times and she kept doing it, i had to pull my foot away and keep it away so she would stop. she apologized profusely but this was absolutely avoidable. STOP DRILLING! it was red and throbbing, on the verge of bleeding. she drilled it down soooooo far i have never experienced this. my big toe too was drilled sooo far down and was painful but not nearly as painful as my 2nd toe, she quite literally almost drilled the entire nail off. i can’t even get the gel on it bc no way i can cure that under a light, the pain is crazy. ALSO it was a metal drill, those should not even be used on natural nails in the first place. i’m so sad, this hurts so bad. I can’t remember her name, they didn’t charge me, rightfully so but i left without finishing the pedicure or doing my nails at all. JUST THE AIR HURTS IT NOW.

They do amazing nails, I’ve been to so many good nail salons through the Portland Metro and this is the best shop I’ve been to yet. Highly recommend. Gel, acrylic, design, all top notch! This is officially my shop. Also amazing pedicures and mimosas.

Really disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend this place. They weren’t honest about their ability to do nail designs. I messaged them on Instagram before booking an appointment to make sure they could handle the designs I wanted, and they said yes. When I arrived at the salon, three professionals confirmed it was possible.
But deep into the manicure — after they had already done the shapes and colors — I was suddenly told that at least two of my designs weren’t doable. I tried to adapt and asked for simple little flowers instead, but even those didn’t look good. At that point, I gave up.
I left the salon with a gel manicure and colors that made no sense without the original design, which was supposed to be the centerpiece. I ended up with a manicure I don’t like, lost two hours of my time, and paid $47 for it.

I’m a bridesmaid for a wedding and the service here was awful. The only discount they could give me was $5 for a $120+ tab. I asked for a refund since they weren’t able to help at the time and they said they don’t offer any refunds. Just disappointed I have to walk down the aisle like this. The other photos belong to another guest of the bridal party

Had my first visit here today to remove some gel nails and get a fresh manicure. Amy was informative, super thorough, and gave me a painless and gorgeous gel manicure. It was very quiet in the early afternoon, but the salon is a medium-sized and can handle a bunch of customers. They had a good variety of gel colors to choose from. I'm rarely satisfied with a manicure. I can't find any fault with this one and will definitely be returning. 💅🏻

My feet have never felt softer. 😍 At first I was confused because the lady who started my pedi was switched out with another girl when we got to the paint job. But I understood that may be painting wasn’t her strong suit. But she still did such an amazing job at the cleaning part! I asked for short nails and a straight across file (square). They did what I asked. The massages with the Delux Pedi literally put me to sleep. The polish looks nice and neat, nothing sloppy going on. Love it! 😊

I always have a good experience at Azure Nails. All the technicians are professional, friendly, and my nails always look great! They even offer you a complementary beverage. Azure is my preferred salon because of the consistency.

I've been going to Amy for a few years now and I adore her and her work. I'm a little neurotic about the shape and she does such a wonderful job and doesn't get annoyed at me when I ask for slight adjustments. She does amazing nail art and is so sweet and kind, and sometimes gives me snacks ;) Occasionally you might see her kids who are very sweet, kind, funny and not disruptive. The rest of the staff recognizes me and we have a great rapport and fun banter from time to time. I do get Pedi's elsewhere but that's because I go with my step mom and she has a favorite place for that, which is where I found Amy before she had her own spot. I love her enough to follow her around wherever she goes.
