Absolute GARBAGE! Cant help with a cash advance after a 10 minute wait and no attention. So I went to a business next door and they called the police because i was parked in front of their windows (ive mever seen anyone even bank here)! I guess the manager got his steps in that day! Avoid at all cost and bank elsewhere if you appreciate courteous and prompt service.

I've been there several times and the girls are very friendly, however twice they were very bad experiences the first time I waited for 15 minutes and when I got to the counter the guy looked at me and told me that you had to wait longer for the deposit. while he continued to attend to more people, I waited for 5 to 7 more minutes in another place and then someone attended me. today I went to make deposits by drive true I was waiting for approximately 15 minutes and I told him that I was going to deposit and I want change and he told me that for change I had to do it inside the bank that he could not give me by drive true. In truth, whenever I go I make deposits and they give me change of coins for drive true. but both times I have had a bad experience with your employee his name is Ryan. I don't know if it's because I'm Latino but he's not kind, he's very rude. and they should be prohibited from chewing gum because when they speak they are not understood. I have no problem with waiting but they should train the guy so that I have better service and customer care. I have to go to that bank because the company where I work has a business account. I hope they improve their quality of customer service. Guys like him shouldn't be working there.

Their new bank manager Ben is condisending. He pretended to help me with an overdraft I did not have fault in. He gave me the wrong advice, telling me I would be protected from any more overdraft fees if I locked my card from the app. Just until we figured out the issue. 3 days later I had gotten 296.00 in overdraft fees because apparently locking the card will not stop recurring or random subscription charges. I now owe all that and I literally was in tears when he bluntly said, I can't help you.

Very glad to read your review Andrew, I went through a similar experience with them, they seem to be very shady people, they very jealous and intimidated by business owners, these employees blame their failure on us.

After dealing with the bank's commercial loan department, I opened a business account with this branch. Unfortunately, the branch manager made a number of blind false promises about services, then refused to do any further business. As a local business owner, it was about the worst banking service I have ever received. I will deal with the bank long enough to satisfy our business obligation, but will do no more business with the bank.

My wife and I receive the absolute best personalized customer service here ! Where else can you walk into a bank branch and be greeted by your first name ? They are outstanding !!

I have had nothing but great service at this branch for years. Have moved all of my accounts here would and have recommended them to any indiviual or business. They know their customers and you do not feel like a number or $ sign.

I recently went to this branch and had a very poor experience. Not only could they not help me with the request on my account but I had to be the one to ask them to call other local branches to see if they can fulfill my request before I drive to another bank to help me. The teller then got her manager who was rude and informed me that she did not like the way I spoke to her teller, me asking her to call other branches. That was the tellers job to try and see what they could do to resolve my issue that was this branches fault not mine. Who, wait for it, got her other manager to literally repeat the same information that the teller and first manager told me. I have been banking with Bank of the West for many years and this was the only poor experience I had with them. Do not waste your time at this branch. Go to another branch!

THIS LOCATION HAS A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN WHAT IS LISTED. They've moved to 2840 SW Cedar Hills Blvd. Just so y'all know and don't spend forever trying to figure it out like I did! Really nice when I called in to ask, by the way. Thanks BOTW!

For a bank this place rocks. Great customer service and on top of risk management. They caught 2 attempts to fraudulently breach my account. Kudos!
