Out of the two branches in the Beaverton area this one was the best; at least before the location was moved. Apart from being out of the way ;Just sent some one to deposit a business check into our corporate account. This can normally be done without any hassle or I.D. They made it difficult ; can't wait to get the acct. moved/changed; not to mention Banner Bank charges a monthly obnoxious fee; that we will not have to pay @ Wells Fargo.
The Stucki location is even worse; they've managed to put our deposits in some one ele's acct. before; making it hell to retrieve the money !

There are a lot of good things about Banner Bank, this branch isn't one of them! I have had a mortgage with Banner for 13 years and a checking acount half that time. During that time I have been treated rudely every time I walk through the doors. This time, they had 4 employees and ZERO customers and basically ran us out of the bank before we ever put a foot inside! They just handled our needs rudely, like they didn't want our business. I found a work-around, so I will stay with Banner, but this location won't ever see me again!

Was with Banner for many years with their free checking. I will start off with a positive, all the tellers I have dealt with over the years have been friendly and personable. Now the negatives, a $4 a month charge for checking, less local branches available, online bank functions do not work properly, cannot get after hours help (very important). When I called to close my account after many years of being a customer, there was no thank you or hope you will give us another try, just okay it's closed.

May be it's a good bank when you are in your good times. But when hard time comes, this bank make your hard time even harder: they build up so many beurocratic obstacles in managing your accounts & money. Do not recommend to open account there anyone.

I have a long story about Banner Bank giving me bad checks that ruined my credit score. Then they refuse to take the blame or do anything about it. And then they try to charge me for using a technician to figure out the problem. Worst bank ever

Banner is the most amazing bank. Not only is there customer service exceptional, but they out do other banks with their services!!

My biggest complaint is that they don't have a branch where I moved. Great PR, great customer service, friendly staff, great policies. Honestly, I've never liked a bank before Banner Bank and I'm nearing my fifth decade of life. I don't know how anyone would rate them less than 4 stars.

I'm giving them one star because zero stars aren't an option offered. I walked into the Murray-Scholls branch this afternoon with $22k to open checking and savings accounts and was told there was no one there who could do that for me. "Come back tomorrow " they said. "Oh, and here's the business card of the guy who can take care of you. Make sure you call ahead and find out what time works best for him. " Seriously? That's customer service?! You'd think they were doing me a favor at their convenience. Heading down the street to another bank.
