I originally went to autozone who tested my battery and said it was good. A few jump starts later, I came to battery x-change for a second opinion and so glad I did! Staff was knowledgeable and informed me how their battery testing differed from other places and had a new battery in my car within 30 minutes. Battery with installation was affordable. I’ll be back when needed!!

Stopped here on a whim for a key fob battery, guys behind the counter were great! Changed it out for me, had some good advice on a separate battery question I had, total cost was $4 which is unheard of nowadays.

I pulled up first one in morning the guy started to help me then found out my battery was more difficult and other customers started coming then all of a sudden he doesn't have my battery with out looking. Cause he didn't want to work on my car.

I went in because my car was not starting intermittently. Even through the battery was only 3 years old, I figured the battery just need to be replaced. Sal did the free diagnostics and told me the battery was fine, just drained from lack of use. (We drive this car very little these days). Sal gave me a loaner battery so he could charge up my battery over night for free! I picked it up the next day and now it's working well. I got a great deal on a home charger so I can keep the battery healthly while our son is at school. Working with Sal was getting help from a friend or relative. I will be going to Battery X-Change in Beaverton for all my battery needs!
