The team at Beaverton Hyundai made purchasing my brand new Santa Fe absolutely seamless. I have purchased a few cars but nothing has come close to my experience with this dealership. I knew the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade in - I didn't have to step foot in the dealership for the whole transaction. On top of that they delivered the car to my house and picked up my trade in - I signed paperwork in my kitchen!! Now I get to enjoy a gorgeous brand new car, at a good price and no nonsense sales tactic etc. I will be a return customer 100% on my next vehicle purchase. Specifically - Mladen, Joel, David and Travis - you guys are rockstars. Thank you.

i’m not one to give bad reviews but that is how much the service center sucks. they didn’t fix my AC it was out all summer and i went in multiple times for them to not even fix it. i was not going to leave this review but i just went in somewhere else for an oil change and they said whoever fixed my headlights (which was hyundai) that they left this cap out and it’s warped now. thank you guys for wasting my time and money to not even fix what you needed to fix.

I vowed that I would never buy a Tesla if Elon Musk was CEO. Based on car reviews, I decided that I wanted an Ionic 6, but I also wanted to get a $7500 tax credit. When I saw that Hyundai was offering a $7500 instant rebate for the month of January I headed right over to Beaverton Hyundai, my nearest dealer. Manuel our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the car. This was very different than my experience when I test drove a Ford Mustang Mach E at the local Ford dealership. I felt no pressure and ended up purchasing the Limited trim, which my wife and I fell in love with. Travis, the finance manager, presented us with the option to purchase a service contract which extended the wear and tear portion of the warranty from 1 to 10 years. When I said I wanted to go home and think about that before making the purchase, again, there was no pressure to make the decision that day. All-in-all, it was an excellent car buying experience.

DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! My vehicle is still under warranty and I am having issues with it. When I take it in they tell me there is nothing wrong with it. The issue I’m having is ongoing. No one cares that this is my only means of transportation. Andrew might be the most condescending and aggressive person I have ever met that works in customer service!!! He will bully you until you go away. I was told by him to ignore the problem I was having with my vehicle. When I tried to go through another service tech, Andrew was in the background telling him to tell me to ignore it. I have left countless vmails with Beaverton Hyundai’s Service Manager and he doesn’t call you back. I didn’t want to buy a Hyundai, I thought they were a very cheap company, but the price was right. Not only is your car cheaply made, but their representatives cannot seem to uphold what their warranty and their reputation promises! I should have bought a Honda.

My salesman was very friendly and knew a LOT about the car I was looking at. However, the more senior sales people introduced too much slimy dishonesty into the process and we ultimately walked away. The Hyundai Palisade was very tempting. Unfortunately there is a recall on the tow hitch and the sales people were not at all forthcoming about this. I discovered that there was a tow hitch problem about 10 min before I was about to sign purchase papers. The parts department told me they don’t sell the tow hitch because there is a recall. The sales team had been trying to cover this up by “recommending” we go to U-Haul for a hitch to save us money. They NEVER mentioned a 2022 recall involving about 1M Hyundais when we clearly stated our need for having a hitch. After I walked away, the sales manager called me to continue to gaslight me and tell me off about my ignorance WRT recalls and how I should be smart enough to know that open recalls shouldn’t make me concerned that I should be using 3rd part installers to get around this. My opinion is that Hyundai should address the recall if they want my business.Bottom line is I would recommend the Palisade to anyone who doesn’t want a fully working tow hitch and further suggest that they might try a different dealership that can demonstrate more integrity. This was more of a “used car” experience from my perspective. That is not a compliment.

We got Palisade limited from this dealership, and we were pleasantly happy with our experience. Luis our salesman, was kind, and super helpful with finding us the perfect car. Luis was communicative.Jorden in finance was also incredibly kind and professional with presenting us with our paperwork.I give our experience 10/10. Again, thank you Luis & Jorden and the manager behind office for helping us to get a good deal. Not every dealership is doing professional job like this Hyundai at Beaverton. We are Hyundai family and will definitely going back again for next car in near future.

As a previous Hyundai employee for 7 years, I am honestly disgusted and shocked with how Stephen in the service shop treats the customers. I had my daughters vehicle repaired under warranty at another Hyundai dealership, within a few days of picking up, the vehicle did the same thing it was doing previous to the repair, so we had it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership (which unfortunately for me was Beaverton Hyundai). This is a 2019 Hyundai with less than 45k miles. Not only did Stephen refuse to honor the warranty, his way of talking to a customer is absolutely gross. He even told my daughter that she was making things up to get her car fixed. This person should not even be speaking to customers if he does not know anything about customer service. Demeaning and rude. I had to literally have the vehicle towed from the Beaverton shop to the Vancouver Hyundai shop where they actually will honor the warranty and the customer service is actually helpful. If I could give Stephen a less than 0 stars I would. If you want good service for your car, do not take it here, and if you have no choice, do not use Stephen as a service advisor.

Great service with approachable sales people at a dealer with a long local history. Pricing is straightforward and no need for haggling. Hamid Jafarian was eager to help, knowledgeable, and honest. Great selection of vehicles and a much better value than many competitors (e.g. Toyota) with an emphasis on a fair and transparent deal on a fleet that is backed by the best warranty in the business. Thanks Beaverton Hyundai!

Very bad place to do services at .I had 2 extended warranties and for more than month they keep playing games to avoid doing the service.Including making me wait for 6 hours and taking my car to the service spot while doing nothing , later on showed up telling me system was down ; and when I asked why you guys not informing me about that and making me wasting my time their answer was just laughing at me . I asked for manager or supervisor to make complain the associate who play the game his name Stephen replied; no manager no supervisor!.They also will try to charge for fees even tho the extended warranty is free . It’s just scamming place .When I reported them to NHTSA I found out it’s not just me there’s a lot of people in the same path we are preparing for action law suite .Avoid Hyundai sonata cars ; don’t waste your money and effort.

I called to get some part numbers from the parts counter. The gentleman picked up the phone and said, "What can I do for you?" in a very annoyed tone. I said, "I need 2 part numbers, if you don't mind." he said sure and listed off random numbers and said, "How's that?" After I told him the parts I'm looking for, he said he can't do anything without a VIN, which I know is false. I felt he was trying to rush through it, and instead of giving me numbers, he just gave me prices. I asked, "Are those the part numbers or prices?" and told me "No" I told him that I need the actual part number and he started listing off random numbers again. I kept having to ask which is which.Like dude I'm relying on you to tell me because I don't know the damn part numbers haha

Hands down best car buying experience we have ever had. Amazing team. Great customer service. Easy to schedule a test drive. Gave us a great trade in value on our old car, and a discount on the new purchase. No hidden fees. Malik and Norgen thank you both for the exceptional customer service. We will definitely be recommending this dealership to family and friends. We are so happy with the entire car buying experience, thank you!

Enjoyed the buying experience. No pressure positive atmosphere. Found Omar to be a very nice young man and professional in his dealings with us. Product knowledge was excellent as were his communication skills. Has followed up after the sale to ensure we were pleased with the car. Very pleased with the tucson we bought.

We have had a Hyundai of various kinds for 15 years. Their service schedule is crazy. 5 weeks to get an oil change. I even called to see if there was a better time. Time to move to other side of the river where they can get you in, in a couple days. Very disappointing.

If I could give a 10 Star I would. Travis and Joel are such genuine good people and kind hearted. There was none of that typical car buying salesman “let’s run numbers and run it up the chain” games. Travis knew exactly what he had on the lot, the information about the vehicles, and answered both my wife’s and I questions in detail. Joel complimented the sale by being equally nice and friendly. He showed us all the bells and whistles and how to use them. Then after all this he has followed up with us too 1. By asking us if we were still loving the Tucson 2. If we had any questions and 3. To let us know if anything comes up don’t hesitate to call. Again what a great experience, my wife is all smiles about her new car.
