I am writing to everyone who can read this so that they are alert and do not let this happen since I was the victim of a theft at an excessive price by this company which is in charge of towing vehicles that are parked incorrectly and on that side everything is fine !! They took my truck at 11 at night because I parked it wrong and managed to pick it up the next day at 4:30 in the afternoon and for that amount of time they charged me 626 dollars which is broken down in the photo of the invoice I uploaded!! It is an abuse of all the things that they charged me 295 to lift the truck 75 dollars to use a Dolly that cannot be explained because my truck is not 4x4 20 dollars for photos 20 dollars for a call to the police 60 dollars to open the gate and the withdraw 150 other expenses during office hours that you don't know what?? 60 that for another day and the truck was not there 24 hours!! It can't be so much theft

Most of the time, you hear unpleasant stories that involve tow truck companies. Not the case here, with Beaverton towing. The ladies that run the office go above and beyond to help their customers! They were more than helpful in my unexpected time of need. Thanks again, ladies, and thanks again to Beaverton Towing!!

They will charge you $430 for only 5 miles. I wish them fail as business.

my apartment complex contracts with them, and they towed my car, even though the sticker was visible and was told by my complex that it was ok placement. Not how the lady on the phone described. I am actively paying for the parking as well.
The worst part is they asked me to pick it up and was told it was "not possible for it to be dropped off ". I do not own another vehicle so I would've had to pay for a Uber, while I was suppose to be working. Especially since they made the mistake they should've offered to drop it off.
The only redemption was guy dropping it off was super nice, understanding, and apologetic about it. Happy they owned the mistake.

Only took 30 minutes and didn't have to pay up front. Knew where the car was going better than I did. Great experience with Beaverton Towing.

It took like an hour but they are pretty small operation and only have so many folks available. The guy that picked me up saved my hide and was kind and thoughtful the whole time. he even reminded me about my coffee in my center console before I went in to drop my car off. Very pleasant interaction overall and made my not great day a little better.

Bad customer service. The lady in the office don’t have any compassion for customers who are picking up their vehicles. Over charging customers and taking cash only ( I wonder if she reports every transaction to the IRS ) she is rude and disrespectful to customers not being aware that because of customer she has a business and a job . I’ll pray for her to be touch by GOD and change her heart. ?✝️? GOD BLESS US ALL !

Do not move into a complex that uses this business. Your apartment complex will pretend they have no clue what happened to your car and the lovely employees at Beaverton Towing will say that the complex called them. Turns out my complex is aware we do not have enough parking and uses a security company to take pictures of the suspected vehicle and then this company comes to pick up the car which explains the times being incorrectly time stamped when picking up a tow, literally walked my neighborhood and watched the whole method go down. Talking with office staff is extremely unpleasant and there’s no compassion for requesting $500 in cash up front. “People need to admit their mistakes we are just doing our job” then “you were on private property” and I live on said “private property” and lastly “You should know the law if you’re parking”. If not being stonewalled by a rude woman just reciting the law over and over again on the phone while trying to retrieve your vehicle then you’re being lectured by her other favorite hobby, the morality police about how “people need to just be responsible for their mistakes”. You don’t get paid to do either and the short patience demonstrated by staff only aggravates the issue not “accelerates”. To “accelerate” you were already heading towards escalation in the first place which is a laugh when you’re telling people in reviews that they can’t read because there was a sign they parked in front of when you also lack a grasp on the English language. These are not nice people and will lie to your face, “I’ll just keep your car”, not when payment is trying to be given, Ma’am. No, you’re not getting my complex name or any other information because it’s not needed for a review. The incident already has occurred and it was taken way out of proportion, responding to pettily to reviews helps nothing but your small assumed grasp for power over others. And admitting you made a mistake means nothing to these people and does not improve the experience because they have a bad habit of not listening when they find that their attitude has caused tension, classic PNW passive aggressiveness. The junkyard dog comes out of the trailer office and barks and nips before you even approach the stairs as well. Luckily we were not afraid of dogs. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Facts are facts not feelings and this company takes everything extremely personal.

I drove away from the gate and didn't close it, and the man pointed to the garage, which was lined with garbage cans, and said that I blocked it, so don't fight and stop people, I'm a simple driver, and you felt the power of being a big boss and you can behave like an animal
