The flat tire could not be repaired because the screw was at an angle and the oil change was not done properly as the oil pan could not be replaced either. Now it is leaking. I paid more than $100 for that and I need to to other place to finish the repairs. Not acceptable results.

John was great to work with. Very personable, genuine, and eager to help me find something that fit what I wanted and could afford. He wasn’t pushy and gave me many options. Santana was also incredible to work with and was very easy to talk numbers to. I never enjoy car shopping but they made this a really fun and easy experience. A lot less hassle than I remember. Will definitely be coming back if I decide to trade in the beautiful truck they got me in now.

Technician unfortunately didn’t fasten the oil filter properly following an oil change. This yielded an oil leak, and oil all over my skid plates.
Sebastian handled my call back professionally, and had the issue resolved. Although I was hoping they would at least take the skid plate off and clean it.

I had the pleasure of working with Jacob over the weekend at Beaverton Toyota. This was my first time financing a vehicle and although I was nervous about the experience he made it seamless. I am obsessed with my new Corolla cross and highly pleased with my overall experience. He was knowledgeable and easy going which I appreciate. I had been previously quoted a lower interest rate at a different Toyota dealer and he was flexible in honoring me that rate. Thank you for all your help!

Update that may be a me issue but wanted to share:
It was not clear to me that additional extended warranty products were being added to my used vehicle purchase and I missed it in the bustle of signing the stack of papers and working out payment. Be sure to look for the itemized description of what youre paying for.
If you miss it and, like me, have to go back to the dealership to request cancellation, be sure to double check all the details of the cancellation form, including lender. In my case I missed that the wrong lender was specified by the dealership on one of the two forms which slowed the process of canceling the unwanted warranties significantly.
The buying process was very easy, as advertised, but that ease may have contributed to my complacency in reviewing what i was signing.
