My husband and I have two Toyotas purchased the same month (to go green). We have been waiting for key fobs since. We scheduled to go in together. An hour and a half later his is done. (Time stamped 9:53 on electronic notification). He is gone, doing errands and home and I am still waiting. Two hours later.... I ask where my car is. "It looks like it's been done. We're just waiting on the paperwork." My app says car has been turned off and locked for over an hour. When I ask if there was a problem. No, it might be because you didn't want the tire pressure changed. What???? (For background, they had lessened my tire pressure to lowest level and it became hazardous in freezing temps. So, of course I didn't want that to happen again.) but why would that take two extra hours or have anything to do with getting a second key fob??? That was the only thing I was there for. Then the guy wouldn't even just give me the keys. He had to bring car up for me. It wasn't in the bay or anything. It had been parked in the general parking since 10:28 (per app). My husband was just handed his fobs and off he went. Asking for my keys should have sufficed. I finally left at 11:48. They had reset everything in my car, had unraveled my work keys/lanyard, changed my music to radio, and changed temp settings??? Why? (None of that happened to my husband's car.) All I needed was my second key fob.

I've had to get service done on my Rav 4 twice at Beaverton Toyota, and each time I had a phenomenal experience. Tim, my service consultant, was friendly, communicative, and most importantly, transparent through the entire process. Tim went above and beyond to help me get my Rav 4 taken care of and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Highly recommend getting service done with Tim if you have the chance.

Right truck, right price, wrong policy. Refused to sell over the phone/internet. In-person sales only. I'm not driving 8 hours for a vehicle that may or may not be there when I arrive. Business must be pretty good. It's 2023. Dealers sell cars over the internet every day. This place chooses to live in the Stone Age. 2.5 star average for obvious reasons. The dealer I ended up buying from from says "Thank you!"

Noah was very patient with our situation of us having to wait to close on our home. We were doing all car research in the meantime of waiting. Once we closed we stopped in and he was available. Got us in and out in 2 hours, which is great, who enjoys waiting at a dealership?? Thanks for your help Noah and I’m sure we will be back!

I had a great experience at Beaverton Toyota. It was a very busy weekend, but Justin Nguyen, my sales consultant, was perfectly attentive and patient. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured into anything. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in, but Justin clearly explained my options and I did end up trading in my vehicle and buying a new one- and I love it!

We had a great experience at this Toyota. Noelle was a big help getting us into the car we wanted and was very insightful. For only being at this dealership for a few months she did an absolutely outstanding job and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

David Stephens at Beaverton Toyota helped my fiancée and I find our dream car! He was incredibly knowledgeable and the process was stress free. We would most definitely recommend visiting David if you are looking for a new vehicle! Would rate 100 stars if I could ?

When I bought my first brand new car, a Toyota Corolla DX, I was sure it would grow up to be a Lexus. But no, 30 years later, I got something better - a Toyota Corolla Hybrid Cross - in Barcelona Red! I'm happy and so are the football fans (soccer fans) in my family! Thank you Carson and Beaverton Toyota! We're off to a great start!

Super convenient and trust that my vehicle is being taken care of. Appointments are easy to set up and or change if needed along with the staff that makes it easy to check in and out. They took a little longer on the vehicle and mentioned that up front with some options for a courtesy shuttle or loaner vehicle. They do charge for loaners, but we’re able to comp the rental charge in the end due to the length of time they needed for the car.All in all, I’m happy and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Beaverton Toyota.

After purchasing 3 vehicles here, I will not return to Beaverton Toyota! This morning my husband took his 2019 Tacoma in for an oil change. Simple, right? No. After multiple high pressure tactics to change out tires, floor mats, and almost ever other part, he was handed a bill for $1700 to fix everything they felt was wrong, with NO explanation. He didn't come for an inspection. He was there for an oil change and nothing more! This vehicle has 46,000 miles. Here's a snapshot of the inspection form...they suggest will cost $1700 to fix. That 'simple' oil change cost $120. Never going back. Way to go, Beaverton Toyota!

Brought my daughter's Corolla in for a recall. I guess this dealership will do a "complementary" check of each car that comes in in the hopes they can find other things wrong and sell it to the customer. They came back with a laundry list of maintenance her car needed and I immediately told them no. They are EXTREMELY overpriced and I hope anyone who reads this goes to their local mechanic before shelling out hundreds of dollars when it's unnecessary. As an example, Toyota said the battery in my daughter's car was corroded and needed the positive terminal end replaced. The total for these two services was quoted at $191 for this service. They also wanted to charge over $500 for tranny service fluid change. Wtf?!?!Anyway, went to my local mechanic and they charged $51 to fix the battery. In fact, the positive terminal didn't even need replacement. They assured me the tranny fluid change wouldn't be close to $525 as quoted from Toyota. Absolutely ludicrous. Please do not overpay for car work, especially a Toyota. Do your research and get quotes elsewhere.

Beaverton Toyota was great! I got an excellent and low price. We worked with Jeff Griffin and he was great! He was willing to help in whatever way needed, and was kind. Definitely recommend working with him for a speedy and efficient process. Very knowledgeable as well.

As always, if you want accurate reviews, cross check with Yelp. This has to be the absolute worst car shop of all time. Every time I take my car here they say something is wrong with it but when I take it to an off brand shop, they tell me everything is fine. I have come here for a specific repairs multiple times and they do not have the part but don't tell me that before I come in. Tell me that once my car is already taken apart and I have been sitting for three hours. Another example is, I recently took my car in and they told me I needed a transmission fluid exchange. They are probably basing this on the mileage on the car but they are not actually checking my fluid because I already had that service done at another shop. And so if you and your spouse both take care of the car if you didn't know what was going on with a car you could have the same service done twice because they're not checking what actually needs to be done. Another service I had here was my motor in my window. The motor was having a problem and eventually stopped working, but they told me that I needed a new window guides and that will fix the problem which I absolutely did nothing. Leading me to pay $600 for a new window guides when it just needed a new motor. Overall, I usually have decent experience at car shops, but this has been the absolute worst I have ever had. Not only overpriced, but badly organized projects are not planned well and customer service is severely lacking. Take your car anywhere else for repairs. Even a Jiffy Lube would be better.

Visiting the area and dropped the car off for service. As a first time guest, it was a quick in and out with no complaints found. My service advisor Isabel Schicatano was fully customer focused and a pleasure to work with overall.Due to the efforts of the Beaverton team i was able to continue my travels without delay. If your looking for a service center in the Beaverton area I'd highly recommend you give them a chance.
