I'll start out by saying from a human being to human being stand point the gentleman that assisted me was a very kind person. At no point was he disrespectful, negligent, unprofessional or anything of the sort. I truly believe he was just doing what he's told to do.THAT BEING SAID, what he is being told to do is flat out THIEVERY! Upon purchasing my new phone with a new plan and number and all I was informed that if for any reason I needed to do an exchange or return I had 7 days to do so. After having the phone for 24 hours I decided that I needed to return the device and try a different carrier as I was experiencing a TON of lag, my data was completely blacked out for over an hour at one point while I was in the middle of downtown (never had less than full bars and full 5g in the downtown area with any other carrier I've been with) and overall just wasn't a satisfactory experience for me. Especially because I do doordash and anyone who works in that field i.e Uber, dash, instacart etc. knows the importance of having reliable coverage. SO, upon returning to the store the next day and asking for my refund I was initially told no because it's only if there was a manufacturer issue that I could return or exchange during the first 6 days. ( I wasn't told this specific detail when I purchased the device.) I challenged that because on the receipt it states that you actually have 30 days to process a return or exchange, with a few exceptions and limitations. The associate claimed to not have knowledge of the return policy printed on the receipt and said he needed to ask his manager about that. I waited for 20 minutes before being approached with a final answer. He said his manager informed him that I could return it (the total I paid was $185 btw) but that I would only be reimbursed for the cost of the physical phone (which was $50 of the $185) they said they can't refund the $60 for 1st month service (even though I only had it for 24 hours) or the $10 for insurance, or the $35 activation fee. So I was only gonna get $50 out of $185 back.....BUT WAIT! then there's a $25 restock fee , so now I'm only getting $25 back.......
I think I was detailed enough that the issue is very clearly stated in my description. To the corporate team at boost, BE BETTER!
All that being said, unless someone reaches out to me to rectify this situation I will be selling my phone (because that's what was suggested to me as a final solution from the staff at this location ) and I'll never be returning as a customer or a supporter of your brand.
Hope to hear from you soon.

BOOST... you go down to the earth below, consigned to the edge of the sword, and left as food for jackals, once you're lying mouths are silenced. God, give Boost everything they could ever want or need, even if it isn't me. Give Boost everything they deserve, Lord, everything they've got coming! AmenMy son accidentally ate up my data using the Mobile hotspot(which is shady to begin with! Nice set-up Boost!). Boost refused to restart my plan and forced me to buy two gigs of data for $10...... Every day..... For 10 days in a row. Then on the day before my plan restarts they won't sell me two gigs, they'llonly sell me one gig for $5. Needless to say I've ended my service this month.

Went in to get a tablet, the guy working said they had none. Uhh… REALLY? There were 3 other customers waiting for help inside & a part of me thinks he just didn’t want the line getting longer. OR AT LEAST HE COULD HAVE DIRECTED ME TO ANOTHER STORE. Not very helpful.

I had my phone stolen while out of town and Carlos was awesome and super helpful in the replacement process. Even though there was a bit of a wait in line behind another customer, he was able to get my new phone activated, the old one deactivated, and helped me get a case and phone protector at a reasonable price. It was a relief to get such efficient help. Thank you so much!

I’ve been a loyal customer with boost for about 7+yrs and I just had the best service from the Cedar Hills location . The sales associate named Abraham was very tentative to my needs. He was very knowledgeable of the plans available for my phone based on my use of data . I was very pleased with the continuing of service with boost mobile .

Wonderful custom service at the cedar hills location. Chin was so helpful, answered all our questions got us a new phone and covers, he did not rush us out the door he took the time to explain and show us how to transfer our data from each phone. Very good experience. We have had a terrible expo at the Aloha Boost on TV HWY. Was going to stop using Boost but am so happy we found the Cedar hills store. Thank you Chin

Wonderful value, prepaid internet was so easy to set up and I love my phone and the awesome deal, this is the best frugal phone find available! They take cash, it’s okay if you have bad credit, and all of the employees are super kind & helpful.
