Brought in my PC due to a system error (that I caused and can't resolve myself), and they fixed it with the time they told me they would (even earlier than).
Shoutout to Mark for going above and beyond, working on my unit, and taking absolute care of it!

I highly recommend Brainwave for computer repair services.
I brought in a laptop for repair and assumed that it would take a few days to get back and cost about $100, based on previous experiences at other repair shops. Instead Eric immediately opened up the laptop, diagnosed the problem, and explained the solution. I offered to pay him something for his time but he politely refused. Thank you!

Man I’m so glad I decided to purchase some upgrades from BrainWave computers. Upgrading my gaming PC and was overwhelmed with motherboard options. When I arrived Eric showed me exactly what I needed. 5 Star customer service . I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy Ram, boards, cases, etc. They have a wide variety of beautifully made gaming PCs for purchase as well. Ended up buying everything I had left for my build because why not! I would trust them with working on my PC if I needed. Thank you!

I knew there was an issue with the power adapter for my GPU and Gigabyte insisted I send my whole card in for repair but the Brainwave team had exactly what I needed and I haven't had video issues since. Thanks!

I took in my computer because my macbook pro screen was flickering constantly. They didn't warn me over the phone to bring my charger so I had to drive all the way back home to bring it back which was an inconvenience. Then it took almost 2 weeks for them to inspect my laptop. I had to call them several times to check on its status because it was taking forever. All in all, they couldn't identify the issue even after I sent them a video of the issue. The inspection fee set me back $100 and my screen continues to flicker. Never again coming back here.

Took my computer in expecting to leave and pick up later. Technicians fixed it in 15 minutes and only charged half price! Very knowledgeable and curtious staff. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on!

Very disappointed. An excellent company in the past and terrible now. We dropped the computer off on Tuesday morning, checked in Wednesday afternoon and they said we were next in their 'que'... when we never heard from them, we called on Friday, only to be told they had never looked at our computer and there were five people ahead of us. Why did they lie to us? The man at the front desk was flippant, rude and said 'he didn't want to talk about it anymore', at one point saying 'talk to the tech'... we retrieved the computer and took it to a better company. Bizarre behavior. Cannot recommend Brainwave Computers.

I brought my dead computer here 2 weeks ago. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get it fixed because my work was sending me a new one, but the staff here still looked at it and tested its function. They went above and beyond even though I didn't end up getting it serviced, and I really appreciated the kindness and the expertise.

They are busy, but usually best to leave the item to be checked with list of questions or problems to solve. But, go over the problems so every one is on the same page
When you do a walk in, you must be patient, and know they have customers picking up, and will work you in.
They help solve problems, but may take TIME to figure your particular problem

Little late to writing this review, I went in about a month ago and the staff helped me build a new PC all within budget. They were extremely patient and helpful with all of my questions and really put the time and effort into helping me out. I've been loving the new PC and couldn't have had a better experience. Will always recommend whoever I can to this place 10/10
