Advance Auto Parts has better prices compared to other competitors. They have a large variety of products for many different vehicles. they have a variety of oils, batteries, windshield wipers, etc. You can ask the employee at the desk if they have a particular part that you need in stock.

They weren't very helpful when asked about a car part. Maybe they just wanted to go home it was the end of the night, but they still didn't have to be so rude, but I found my part!

Jared Said we tried calling you, never got a V.M. wow ! then picked up the part today and he put the new replacement back in our greasy box ! really Jared. you need to be trained again. Honestly kind of shocked at the terrible customer service. Customers are an inconvenience, and the cashiers will try to convince you need incorrect parts. Had to go to multiple locations for a part and the guy at the register was pissed we were sent there.

A+++ The shop is super clean and organize. Price are super reasonable. The parkin lot is free. It is a disability easy access. The restroom is clean. The employees there are super friendly and helpful. Jake and Pedrum are great listener and easy to understand. Both of them should get promoted or a bonus. Will I go there again? Definitely!

I will never ever shop here again or recommend this place to anyone, overpriced, bad customer service, stuck with a $200 item I can't use now because they don't do returns. Never go here, stick with AutoZone where they actually care about customer service.

Ran in the door 4 minutes before closing cuz I needed a hose clamp. I got exactly what I need and they didn't even act irritated that I was that last minute shopper! ?

Recently I went into this particular store and bought a light bulb. The only reason I came in was for convenience sakes because I was waiting to meet someone at the Red Robin's nearby. Typically I shop at O'Reilly's or AutoZone, because those are actually closer to where I live. I don't think this is a bad store by any means, the sales people seem like any other auto parts store and it was clean and fairly organized, albeit a little cluttered to me. This is more a critique on Advance Auto Parts in general. I say that because when I left that store that day I left thinking the parking/turn signal light bulb I bought was bit higher than I remember them to be. I chalked it up to "inflation" or whatever. I mean everything has gone up so why not light bulbs too. Then today I decided to check into getting a fuel pump. I went online since this wasn't a spur of the moment purchase like the light bulb where I remembered to get one while I was waiting around. I noticed Advance Auto Parts had higher prices for the same exact parts for just about everything, that is, same manufacturers and part numbers and all. Out of curiosity I looked at the light bulb I bought. I wasn't-imagining things it was actually more expensive at Advance Auto Parts than at O'reilly's or AutoZone (Walmart had them all beat on pricing). And again, out of curiosity, I decided to add my car to see if "fitment" was correct for my car. Lo-and-behold, Advance Auto Parts said the light bulb would not fit!! What?!? The same make and part number I've been using for almost 2 decades is no longer suitable for the car it's supposed to go into? What did Advance Auto Parts suggest would fit instead? An LED version that was 3 times the cost of the regular ol' light bulb. That's right! Advance Auto Parts literally lied to me to upsell me on something I didn't need. And guess what? On O'reilly's and AutoZone's website, that light bulb I bought fits my car just fine. Hmm. Someone's not telling the truth no? So, if you don't know your parts, just be aware that Advance Auto Parts is hoping you don't and purchase what they want you to . The old adage of "buyer beware" comes to mind. I don't shop at Advance Auto Parts anyway, but I won't go back now even if a store was attached to my garage kind-of-convenient.

Horrible customer service, bought a broken product from them and drove 40 minutes back to their place to get it returned, they said they needed a receipt which the night before when I bought it they said the printer was out of paper and couldn’t print one for me. The people were so disrespectful to me too, can’t stand this place.

I was working on a DIY project for my 20+ year old car. In the course of my actions, a part broke and I could not operate the car without it. I ran upstairs and ordered the part from Advance Auto Parts, available for pickup in 30 minutes. I hopped on public transit and arrived to find my part ready. Before leaving, I checked to see whether or not the replacement part came with mounting screws, which it did not. I handed the surviving factory original screw to Dominique, who grabbed a measuring caliper and dug through the drawers while I browsed the cool "DieHard" products until he found a suitable replacement. A transit ride and a little elbow grease later and it worked! With my now running car, I headed back to Advance to drop off my dirty oil which had been part of the maintenance project. Dominique was still there and asked if his solution had worked, I was happy to tell him that it did. If you want good parts and good service, I recommend this place. Dominique in particular was very helpful and turned what could have been an ordeal into a simple fix. Great staff, great business and all worthy of the "DieHard" legacy! He could tell that I knew what I was doing under the hood, but still needed a hand and lent it graciously. Yippee Ki Yay, Advance Auto Parts Beaverton!
