We just bought a car from there less than a week ago. Within a few days, the plastic housing above the rearview mirror just popped off while driving. Nothing came in contact with it, it seems the vibrating from driving just popped it off. My wife reached out and asked them to fix it. No reply.
I followed up today and was basically told because I didn't buy a warranty, that they wouldn't take care of it. I countered that the car should have been delivered with that housing properly secured that they should fix it.
The salesman Keefer later called me and asked me the same thing - if I had purchased a warranty. I told him no, we didn't and reiterated this isn't a warranty issue. It's been 6 days since we purchased the vehicle (it popped off around day 4 and we reached out to them on day 5) and it should be fixed. He then said well then I need to reach out to the service department and I should have bought a warranty. I argued my point again and we went back and forth and he said he didn't even make anything on that sale and that it's not his problem.
Definitely left us feeling like we got a sleazy stereotypical slimy car salesman and can't wait to see what else is going to go wrong with this car.

So on the 17th of March, I went to look at a car for me and when I got there I was greeted by a sweet woman named SJ and she helped me get into a car that day. She was awesome and she was working really hard for me to get the car that i wanted and that was some what in my price rang but she worked her magic and got the price a little bit lower. I highly recommend working with her if anyone is looking for a car. if i end up looking to get a new car down the road, i will go right back to her. So SJ thank you so much and you Rock.

Dude sold me a beautiful older used car. I knew something was wrong cuz it had debris in the oil but wasn’t sure about it. They were selling it at $5k.
They sure knew what was wrong with it cuz even after negotiating down to $4k, not 6 months later that debris is so bad the car won’t even start. Metal shavings inside. Something they had to know about and probably tires off the check engine light about.
DO NOT BUY CARS “AS IS!”
If they want to stand by their sale they SHOULDNT FEAR ANY MAINTENANCE issue their warranty would cover.
IF ITS “AS IS”
