This place is ridiculous. I brought my truck in here for a recall. I had a few other issues I wanted checked out. Check engine light, heater working intermittently, tire pressure monitor. They wanted to charge $600 just to look at it. I asked if that went towards the repair if I got it fixed, and they said no any repair would be on top of that. Most places including the GM dealership just up the road do an inspection for free. And an auto-parts store will run the codes on a check engine light for free. They wanted $189 to run the codes.... I have no idea why anyone would have work done here.

The salesperson Ariyan was cool and easy to work with but the Finance guy was a sleezy salesman, John R. was his name, upsold me on everything and when i went back the next day to take off the unnecessary options, He insulted me and called me crazy. I understand its thier job but come on atleast tell people what prices are to these add on things. I got the 4runner I wanted though and overall happy with my purchase.

UPDATE: I will never be returning to this location. While reviewing the invoice for my maintenance visit, I found something buried in the list of services: they did not rotate my tires because they found a nail in my rear passenger tire. Why in the world did the advisor tell me that everything looks good when I was checking out??? A nail in a tire is NOT good; it's a safety hazard!I arrived at 12:55 for a 1p appointment and there was only one person at the check in station; he had just started helping someone else and I could tell he was going to take awhile. I had been sitting in my car for a few minutes when another car pulled in. The guy in that car had just started getting out when another employee walked out. The second employee went straight to helping the new, male, customer. No one even spoke to me until at least 5 minutes after arriving. When the second employee finally got around to me and I mentioned that it wasn't a good look for him to have helped the guy first, I was asked how he could have known I was there first. Well, how about looking at the order that the cars were in? First stall was there first, second stall (my car) was second, third stall was the last to arrive. Or maybe even just asking? He also said that he helped the other guy because he was already out of the car. Since the first employee never said anything, I had no way of knowing when (or even if) anyone else was going to be coming out. I didn't think I needed to stand around waiting, in the cold, when I could sit comfortably in my car to wait. This is the second time that I, a female, have been brushed aside in favor of a male at CARR Chevrolet. I will be going elsewhere for future maintenance.

Every time I've had service done at Carr Chevrolet, it's been a fantastic experience. All the staff are kind, informative and always deliver top quality service. They treat customers in a caring, thoughtful way. They give time estimates, but somehow always finish sooner than expected. It's also very convenient to make appointments since they use the GM account portal that already has all the customer and car information available. They are a best-in-class dealership who do great work.

We had a great buying experience with Ariyan, he’s my favorite car salesperson I’ve ever met. We really appreciated his helpfulness and kindness. Also David in finance was wonderful as well!

I always bring my vehicles here due to the great service that I normally get but I'm not sure what happened. I normally don't like warranty work because I know it's rushed and not well done. I told them to take there time and no rush. Got my truck back and drive it for a couple days and realized the truck was struggling to turn on. Look under the hood and realized they left the negative terminal on the main battery disconnected so it was drawing all the power from the second battery. Reconnected the battery and it starting recharging the main battery. Couple days later look under the hood make sure everything is ok and realized they had left a bracket sitting by my windshield wiper. It damaged part of the hood and scratched it up. I tried calling multiple times about this issues but no one ever got back to me. Just very upset because I really liked this dealer but was very upset on how they rushed and didn't check properly that the vehicle was put back together.

For the love of God DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET CAR!!!!! I have a sonic car, it's not that old, What I've paid is starting to become triple the cars worth since getting it. This thing was supposed to be new, but it's constantly needing repair, and not simple repairs. I'm starting to believe Chevrolet has no idea how to build a car. If you plan to buy, look at the price, triple that, that is about half of what you'll end up paying. Here's a story that just happened and is typical of this car. I had a check engine light, scan showed a simple air flow issue. Brought it in. Should be about $100. Cool. They need it for some hours. fine. Got a call later, SURPRISE! It's driving fine, but there's something else here...it's going to be $800 dollars. I was upset but was toiled the world had to be done. They kept the car for the day. Next day, no I can't pick up my car today because GOTCHA! It's actually going to be $1700. I was pissed about this, and later I was told that this car, this junk, this thing put together by people who apparently looked at a picture of a car and decided they knew how to build one, I was told it had more issues. Here's the kicker, those others issues, I was assured, would not cost much more. So on day three I finally get my lemon. An how much more did the additional fix cost? The one I was told would not be much more? $1750? No. $1800? No, that would be sensible. The total came to $2667.16!! This car is garbage and Chevrolet, What the hell are you doing with these cars? Do you test them before they go out? Do you know hoe to put a car together? Do you know what a car is? Chevrolet, what's 2+2?Again, DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET CAR!!! I did, and now I feel like I'm trapped with this rolling trash. It may seem like it's driving fine, but that check engine light could mean a simple adjustment, or your full monthly paycheck please. This thing is a never ending nightmare and the only good I can get out of it is helping someone avoid the mistake of gettin one of these fall apart cars. Also, here's a fun note. That price (again, $2667.16) that's with a warranty. So remember that. These things are useless. So why 1 star? At least the staff were friendly, even if the cars they work on are completely worthless.

Great Chevrolet dealership. Carr took great care of me during my purchase of a brand new car. Lesley spent her time working with me and helped make sure I was greatly informed on my new car. Lesley definitely gave fantastic customer service and delivered plus one. Lastly, no gimmicks straight and to the point.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Carr Chevrolet and had an excellent experience working with Dmitri. I was impressed with Dmitri from our first phone call with him, and his quick response in sending us a short video of the vehicle that he recorded for us. When we arrived at Carr, Dmitri did not pressure us at all. He was attentive and courteous throughout our time there. His knowledge of very specific vehicle details is very impressive. Dmitri was a tough negotiator, but always respectful. We ultimately purchased the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price. The closing process with David was straightforward and efficient, and there were no surprises. As far as car buying goes, I cannot imagine a better experience.

I had a great experience with the Carr Chevrolet sales and finance team. I was planning on ordering a new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 through a dealer I’ve worked with for years, but Carr happened to have exactly what I was looking for on their lot. Since they aren’t far from my office, I stopped in unannounced to take a look at the vehicle.Jesus Martinez helped me, answered all my questions, and provided all the data I wanted. Jesus was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed working with Jesus and would do so in the future. The rest of the team was equally polite and friendly, with no hard sell or pressure tactics like some dealerships I’ve visited in years past. I will definitely keep Carr on my shortlist of dealers to reach out to for my next purchase.

Leo Lopez made my CARR Chevrolet purchase experience an excellent and satisfying one. Within the time of my test drive, I felt Leo was totally trustworthy. Leo answered questions succinctly and without hyperbole or sales pressure. I was a motivated buyer, but Leo's demeanor and personality provided comfortable and professional interaction throughout all stages of my purchase process. CARR is fortunate having Leo on their Sales staff. I highly recommend anyone going to CARR Chevrolet, specifically request speaking with Leo Lopez. Leo made my day.

Great service and great communication. They fixed my Cobalt up in a matter of two days and even took the time and care to order and replace a few recalled parts.Bob & Riley were really AWESOME! Riley helped me schedule a time to come in and Bob took care of me throughout the service. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fair and affordable professional servicing of your vehicle. Look no further!

The first point of contact and my salesperson were excellent. There were a lot of follow up help from the salesperson. She personally contacted me and worked with me on a few questions I had about the car. However, your finance person was rude, condescending, and called me stupid in multiple ways. The last statement he said was I don't know why anyone in today's world would not purchase an extended warranty, they are just stupid. If I had not driven 400 miles to purchase a car from your dealership I would have walked out based on his behavior. I enjoyed my interactions with both your point person and the salesperson who were excellent in every way. But he made derogatory comments about the miles I drove, about the fact I was looking for a specific car, about the fact I did not want the extended warranty, and the list goes on. When I told others about it and some of the things he had done, every one of them said they would have walked out and taken their business elsewhere. The backend of a dealership is just as important as the front end. I would suggest working on manners in your finance department. Treating people like they do not matter will not bring in repeat business or referrals. He successfully made me regret not just ordering and waiting for the car from my local dealership.

Today when I was removing groceries from my car, my keys accidentally slipped down between the housing for the convertible top, falling all the way to the floor - which basically encased them inside the housing of the mechanism that opens and closes the roof.I thought this was going to be an expensive retrieval in that the housing looked like it needed to be removed, but I stopped in and saw Bob, the service manager, who took the time to get a long handled magnet, and after a few minutes of fishing, was able to attract the little metal ring that held the keys onto the fob, and carefully lift it all the way back out. Crisis averted, as without this set of keys, I couldn't lock my car or open the trunk.Just wanted to shout out to Bob and Carr Chevrolet for the outstanding customer care they provide. Bob could have just told me to make an appointment, but the courtesy and extra effort he displayed is why I've always brought my Camaro to Carr Chevrolet since the day I purchased it.

Leo Lopez and Lesley Diaz were the greatest and our experience could not have been better. My daughter needed to build credit just starting out and these two bent over backwards to both help her get a vehicle with me as a co signer and to get us something that was affordable and reliable. I cannot say enough good about both of them. This deal was a little complicated to put together but these two did a great job and went out of their way to help us. I could not recommend them more!!!I tried to write a new review and the system would not let me. Let me add that David Shepard did a super fantastic job of handling the financing. We had a bit of a glitch with the paperwork and David both worked magic and got things worked out in a couple of day and even saved us a point on interest. I could not recommend him more. David did a really great job too!
