fairly efficient and honored my appointment. Free inspection is nice, but beware that they will offer to do a lot of work that seems to be based solely on the time since last maintenance in their records rather than an actual inspection. I just topped up the wiper fluid, replaced the wipers, and change the cabin air filter all within the last few months, yet they claimed they all needed to be done again "based on time", not a visual inspection which would have shown they are all fine. Otherwise, low pressure, friendly, and reasonably efficient. Great coffee in the lounge.

Came in for my routine maintenance and my service was amazing as usual! This time I had a recall for something. Karen communicated that and talked me through our plan. She is always amazing and one of the main reasons I continue to come back for all of my cars needs.

Karen has been a service advisor since we bought our car 5 years ago, she has always been nice and courteous. My most recent visit the estimated work exceeded my expected budget, they were aware of a coupon that I was not aware of in order to alleviate my concerns on the financial burden, they offered me a ride home and back due to the repairs taking several hours. I spend a lot of money with Nissan, have had a lot of years with Nissan, and my next car will be a Nissan.

I had some issues with my pick-up and a diagnosis of my cooling system ended up costing $762.82. No, that wasn't a repair. That was the cost to remove the radiator cap and spark plugs and put them back and use the code reader on it, due to the shop rate. I am sure I will be able to find a shop that would discuss charging such expenses with me before I couldn't do anything about them. I won't be returning.

The gist: they sent me a scam offer, then ran my credit after telling me they hadn't and weren't going to.I bought a car here a few years ago when the dealership was owned by Carr, everything was smooth and great! They're under different ownership since then. In 2023 they sent me an offer to trade in the vehicle I bought from them in 2020 for a new vehicle for the same monthly price as my current payment with 0 down. I brought the offer into the dealership with me, test drove a new car, and then they offered me that car for DOUBLE my current monthly payment. I showed them the offer I got, and they basically ignored it. The salesperson said he wouldn't run my credit because it was clear I couldn't afford the car anyway, and I left. So the offer I got was a scam, there was never any chance they were going to sell me that car for the price the offer said. Worst of all, afterwards I got an alert that they had, in fact, ran my credit!This is all messed up even without mentioning the fact that the salesperson asked me why I was wearing a mask (it was for his good, I was sick) and then made a sideways comment about it, then spoke down on the fact that I live in Portland and how terrible it must be to he surrounded by crime ESPECIALLY since I live on the east side of the city (really dude? have you ever driven through residential areas of the city? my neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet), and started complaining about the homeless population. So rude, so disrespectful, so disappointing.I would have given 1 star if not for the fact that my original buying experience a few years ago was great, and I've been going here ever since for maintenance and haven't had any problems. That bumped it up to two stars. But this experience left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth, and I'm looking into buying a new vehicle so I'm not tied to coming here for maintenance anymore.

Friendly staff and the work was done quickly. I live in Tillamook so it is a quite a drive for me. My mom actually had to have her transmission replaced so we had it towed over so this was my first visit for my car but our second visit to your business. Both times we have been there were positive. We are a Nissan family.

I went in to get information about my lease that was coming up, I had a year left and it was from a different state. A few hours later I had a new car, a new lease and peace of mind. The sales women April was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to get me into an affordable great car. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I bought my car at this dealership in 2010. I was told dealerships are the worst place to go for customer service and repairs. Fast forward 14 years, I only go to Beaverton Nissan. The staff are amazing, many of whom are still here. they greet me by name and give my dog treats. Ivan is the absolute best. I am hyper reluctant to go anywhere that is devoid of customer service, and these guys are amazing.

It was a positive experience, first time taking a vehicle to this dealership and I was greeted and taken care of quickly. I had decided to drop my car off as I didn't know exactly what would need to be done {bought the car recently and wasn't sure about the maintenance history so wanted to get everything checked out} and was surprised that they offered me a Uber ride home. Service was thorough and reasonable. I'll definitely continue having my vehicle serviced here.

Horrible customer service complete waste of time told me a deal was good to go and finalized then all of a sudden it wasn't, had me come back and fourth from the dealership 4 times so unprofessional and RUDE.

I had an amazing experience buying my very first car ever. I’ve been going to different car dealerships in and out of Portland and I had been wanting to buy my first car but it didn’t meet my expectations for the lowest price I wanted. I decided to come here to Beaverton and look for a Nissan car. I met with a sales representative Jonathan and he was very friendly and helpful. I selected a brand new 2023 Nissan Versa and I purchased it on the spot. Jonathan secured the vehicle for me quickly and I got to take home my first ever bought car that day. If you are looking to buy a Nissan car, I recommend going to this Beaverton location and talk to Jonathan and he will get you the car you want. He is awesome!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, gave regular updates on the inspection and what additional services they recommend for my car. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and alerted me right away when my car was ready for pick up. They even vacuumed the interior floors which I was not expecting but greatly appreciated!

It was the first time I visited Beaverton Nissan and I was only there because of a recall on my 2018 Leaf. I was surprised with the wonderful car wash and pleased with the overall inspection of my car. I bought the used Leaf 2 years ago and have greatly enjoyed the driving experience. The service greeter was a welcoming young lady who guided me to the waiting area. Some time later Rafael Vera approached me with a progress report on my Leaf. He had a list of several items that needed attention on my car. After a discussion, I decided to have 3 of the most urgent addressed. Mr. Vera was very helpful to me in understanding the importance of each item on the estimate. I think he also perceived the budgetary restrictions of retired citizens and gave me a 10% discount.Thank you for your service Beaverton Nissan.Diane Apperson

Rafael was forthright and easy to communicate with. He illustrated clearly the needs of my car. I will be returning to get my spark plugs changed in a few wks, then continuing down the list of ailments on my older vehicle.

In a nutshell, I felt like Maegan was a genuine friend who just happened to also sell cars.We were in a tight spot. Our car was undrivable after a deer ran into the side of it. Our plans to purchase a new car 5 years from now was put on fast forward. Maegan and Davis were easy to connect with via text and email. We were able to find times to come in that worked even though we are NOT locals. Maegan answered the 10,000 text messages that I sent. She was totally understanding of our needs with my husband needing something his tall frame was compatible with and that would accommodate his work gear for site visits; along with my needs for safety ratings and the financial imposition this was going to place on our family.We will be in this car for the next 10 plus years. It is calming to associate positive feelings of the purchase process to every time we look the car or set out to drive.So, in a nutshell, 10/10. Thank you!
