We were very happy with the service we received from our salesman Erik and the finance manager who worked to give us a great deal and beat what my credit union was offering for a rate and thoroughly explained our options and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Carr to buy a vehicle from.

I submitted my car for sale through the KBB/Autotrader website, and within 30 minutes I received several offers from three dealerships interested in my car. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was—especially getting a firm offer from Carr Subaru.
Kelsy Gonzales was great to work with. She clearly explained how the process would work and provided me with an offer that was actually higher than the KBB cash purchase amount. There was absolutely no pressure to accept, and I even visited two other dealers to compare their offers.
After deciding to accept Carr Subaru’s offer, I texted Kelsy and came in the next day (on my schedule, not hers) to turn in the title and pick up my check. The entire experience was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.

If there was a zero stars, i would give zero stars. Worst dealer for selling cars. So unprofessional. I had clearly told them i need my plates and they told me they can remove it and give me the next day, which they never did.
I had a car plate transferred to my new car, and i don't have plates for a registered car now. I need my old registration and not a new one, will un-necessarily end up paying sales tax due to 90 day old purchase rule or pay new higher registration fees. Worst bunch.

I bought a used car from them and I am well aware I was buying it as is but I’m just dissatisfied with the quality of the car for the price. It cost almost $8k but it had so many issues that did not present themselves during the test drive, so I didn’t find out about them until I got home the next day almost 2 hours away. Also I assumed and was told the carfax report would be given to me but it wasn’t so I can’t track previous service records and compile a list, especially since my oil change is way overdue (7 months) because they didn’t think to change it within the 5 months they had the car (per a finance representative I talked to). I added on the gps tracking device which was a waste of money because I can’t even leave it connected to my battery or else it draws to much power when parked and kills my battery constantly. Just overall experience buying my very first car was horrible. It just seems like they were kind of careless with the sale and I wish they did an inspection so I could know why it was “as-is”.

I honestly love Carr Subaru, and have been going here to service my old car for years.
This year, I brought my old Subaru Forester in for a service appointment and wanted to get a trade-in estimate to consider buying a new car in December.
We had such a delightful experience with SterlingJoy in sales -- beginning to end -- that we ended up purchasing the 2025 Forester Hybrid in November instead. We love our new car, and I already know that the next time myself or anybody I know needs a car, I will highly recommend her, Brandon in service and all the folks I have gotten a chance to speak with over the years!
The main thing that really keeps me a happy customer at Carr Subaru is the very human interactions. Folks are genuinely welcoming, very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when it comes to any servicing needs.
They always make me feel like I'm ingood hands. I can't rave about Carr Subaru enough, and drive the distance to take my (old and new) car to them.

My fiancée and I had a great experience shopping at Carr Subaru. Highly recommend going here, everyone was really gracious and helpful, particularly Luis who helped guide us in the right direction to get the perfect car.

This was probably one of the worst dealership experiences that i’ve had and I didn’t even look at a vehicle. Made an appointment to come in but running late and I clearly notified the salesperson ahead of time. Got there and yes, they were busy but at least 3-4 other staff passed me by and not even a hello and didn’t even looked my way yet they asked the older couple that came after me if they were being assisted! Texted the sales person that I was there and he didn’t even reply until 20 minutes later. I waited 15 minutes when I got there and left. They sure missed out on a $35K sale because I went to a real dealership and purchased a vehicle today.

My family has been coming here for 20+ years for all of our car related needs.
I just bought my first ever car, and José H in sales made it the most enjoyable experience. He picked out a good range of cars for me to test drive before I made a decision. Answered all my questions and I as overall a solid person to interact with. He helped arrange a rental car while our old one got repaired too. José 100% made the sales process run smoothly and in a timely fashion.
Super happy with my purchase and the service from José, as well as the entire Carr team.
