Our family loves this Carter's and their entire staff but feel one story has to be shared: on Black Friday my son and I stopped in with the intention to purchase holiday pajamas for him and my nephews. We were greeted by Susan (she has always been so incredibly kind and helpful when we visit) with a doorbusters gift and she handed it to my son (just over 2 years old). He opened it and to our surprise had a lovely gift card amount that we couldn't have been more grateful for. My sister is going through a tough time, and it allowed us to stock up on my nephews closets (especially socks and underwear) and I can't tell you how much it meant. We are already supporters of this store, specifically, but this was just icing on the cake, and what a gift at such a time when it really had an impact.

Went to get socks for something I got online. Asked woman to see if they had another size at another store. RUDE!!!!!! Will never come back to this store. Don’t need to deal with rude little girls!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Their store credit card has many hidden fees. $33 for every late fee, regardless of the amount owed (in my case it was $6)

Comprehensive children's boutique with a sizeable selection of fashionable apparel and accessories, at reasonable prices. Staff was a bit aloof and not particularly helpful, but we weren't in need of all that much assistance, either. Picked up a couple of cute summer outfits for our little guy, and headed on out.

I very much enjoy shopping in this store. I generally shop online through Amazon but really only for convenience since I live in Battle Ground WA, but I have a lot of family in Beaverton. So anytime I'm in town I love browsing and shopping. I went this past weekend with my 7mth and husband. It was very hot outside but inside was cool and refreshing, the store was clean and organized and the associates were all very friendly

Carter's is a great store for when you need to pick up a gift for a gender reveal party - something they didn't have in my day! Or a baby shower, birth announcement, birthday or holiday present or any time you want to gift a baby or toddler in your life! I choose Carter's because it's a classic. The clothes are well made, soft and comfortable on a baby's skin, and of high quality. I know that whoever is on the receiving end will appreciate the items. Plus, everything is reasonably priced and there are always items on sale so I can buy more! In addition to clothes from infant to size 14, they have educational toys, receiving blankets, fold up diaper mats, shoes, books, socks, pacifiers and other baby accessories. Today I picked up a diaper changing mat for a friend who is having her first baby. It's small enough to carry with her and in a nice charcoal gray - not baby motifs - so it's inconspicuous. For the dad I picked up a shirt for the baby that's says "Daddy's Entire World!" And of course I couldn't forget the baby! They are getting a five back of onesies, two cuddly sleepers and a interactive cuddle toy. I'm ready for the Gender Reveal party! Store is spacious. Has a great variety of girls, boys and gender neutral clothing. When I needed help it was offered with a smile. Located at Janzen Beach Shopping Center, plenty of parking right in front.
