Wow! I was referred by a friend and needed my windshield replaced and recalibrated. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, having to get something fixed can make me a little nervous . The office staff and technician staff were so kind and welcoming when I had my initial appointment.
After 2 weeks I noticed what sounded like a wind leak and my calibration was not working quite right so we made an appointment to get it looked at. Again, the team was so kind and were so quick to fix the issue. (Don’t let this deter you, my car would be the finicky one!)
This place takes pride in their work and their care is evident in how they treat their clients. Definitely check them out.

Working with Cascade Auto Glass was a breeze! Kellie was incredibly helpful in getting things setup and completed quickly. They replaced my windshield while I was at work in Vancouver. The process couldn't have been simpler. I paid out of pocket and was very happy with the price as well! Thanks Cascade Auto Glass. You will get all my glass business in the future.

Did the job at the time we scheduled, in the time they estimated, for the amount they quoted. Made a broken windshield as painless as it can be.

I got connected with Cascade Auto Glass yesterday afternoon, and the back window of my car is already fixed less than 24 hours later thanks to them. Brenda, Kelly, and Ryan were all extremely helpful in getting my car window fixed promptly and properly. I would highly recommend them!

Not a very well-ran business in my humble opinion. Made my appointment a week in advance to have my windshield replaced. When I showed up at the shop in Beaverton the two gentlemen there acted very surprised and put out by my very presence. They had no idea that I had an appointment scheduled that morning. Long story short: a part to complete the windshield replacement hadn't been delivered and I was supposed to have received a call informing me of the delay prior to the morning of the appointment. I never received any call and took off time from work to make it to this apppointment. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Undependable, unprofessional, and uncaring.

Had my truck broken into on Saturday night, called in the late afternoon Sunday and was fit into their schedule Monday morning. Did great work and got it done in a timely manner. Will be coming back to them if needed in the future.

Brenda was great to work with on the front end, she got my information to all the right people. Jon did great on the install, came to my office and replaced my windshield while I was in a meeting, I got to come out to a brand new windshield. Great operation that takes care of their clients.

Great to deal with, highly recommend! Talking with the receptionist on the phone was easy and she was very friendly. Our tech was wonderful. Much better than the bad Safelite experience I had in the past.
