Had a wonderful experience with one of the bankers, Ivan, who helped me get the issue fixed with his professional expertise and extraordinary customer service. Other Chase employees in this branch are also very friendly and helpful!

Just wondering how this chase is still open with such low reviews. Here's another one. There is no drive up ATM to use and when the bank is closed they lock thier ATM down at 5pm that's inside. Only Chase I've ever seen do this. Then there was a woman inside at 545 and couldn't let us in to use the ATM. I'm not talking about the actual bank lobby but the corridor where the ATM is. What bank shuts thier ATM down at 5pm? This bank is completely useless for people who need to conduct business at the ATM after working hrs. Garbage. Shut the place down.

This location sucks. They're in a very busy area, but the ? is closed after 5 and the card reader never works. Go to the location on Murray Blvd. They have an outside ATM.
**UPDATE 7/2**
I STILL cannot access the ATM vestibule. This is beyond ridiculous. FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW!! Very frustrating for long time customers.
