Called this location to report and order issue. We went on 3/7/24 and they were out of several items. We waited in line for a while and to get to the front and them be out. They never alerted customers they were out of items. The employees weren't efficient and kept going to the side for items I finally asked if they had more and then someone brought some over. When we got to pay I tried to use a reward and no one knew what to do or how to use it. Someone finally came over to help and we paid and left. When we got home we noticed the food wasn't marked with what we had ordered - meaning c1 c2 c3. We ordered 3 burritos all chicken but no way to see what they were without tearing it open which is what we had to do. The burritos got stuck to the foil and unfortunately ripped and made a big mess. I emailed corporate and they said to reach out to the store. So I called and talked to someone named Jennifer who basically told me they don't care and that it's my problem. I asked for a managers name or district manager and she said t come down and talk her face to face like she was trying to fight me about this issue. All I wanted was my meal to be replaced and some effort in alerting customers that there are shortages in items and to mark food. I called the Cedar Hills location and they are giving my info to a Gm and field manager.

Completely out of white rice. Out of chicken, carne asada and almost out of all the other meats. Workers were nice and courteous.

Thank you Chipotle for giving me three kids quesadilla meals with completely uncooked cheese, missing all three fruit sides and drinks.I called and they said they are a little busy right now and Brenda is the Manager and to call back in an hour!! Mind you I was the only one in there ordering and it’s only been 15 minutes since I left! The lady could have cared less.11-27-23Customer service is not a priority obviously or this location would have more than 2 stars.Please make it right!

I'm so baffled by this place, and not in a good way. Everytime I go there's an issue. Either they forget an item each time, or there isn't enough staff and it takes forever. I'm just so over them getting my order wrong every single time. DO NOT GO HERE

I placed an order on the app today for the first time in years. I went to this location and picked up my order. I live less than 5 minutes away from this place and drove home. I picked up the bag and noticed it was leaking through and put in on my lap because I started to panic because this is a new car and it started to seep through horribly and stained my shirt and pants within a minute. I was in utter shock and had my partner (who I called from my car) bring out towels and a trash bag. I stood up from my drivers seat and saw it stained my driver’s seat because it soaked through my clothes. Unbelievable.I called the location number immediately after and couldn’t reach a human to report the situation. The bag was on a flat surface and shouldn’t have leaked at all. I had to reach out to the customer support through the app to get a refund. I’m still stuck with stained car seats though and it makes me mad that they don’t have better packaging so this doesn’t happen. I will also say that the portions were pitiful…I agree with everyone on here about that as well.

Will absolutely skimp you on everything they are able to, have had multiple missing drinks/chips etc and when they do actually put your food in the bag its a 1/4 portion of old product thats just dumped in your bag for you to clean up. Constantly a mess and everytime I've ordered queso from this location they don't even fill the cup up to the HALFWAY point like why am I paying $3 for ONE BITE of queso. Dont ever order here, its been like this for over a year and never improves. Chipotle if you're reading this its time to shut this one down. ?
