Came in for a DOT. Once UA was finished it took them over an hour while I was sitting waiting in the room. Made my wife late for work. Everyone kept pleasantly reminding me that I was next in line.

Waited for 1.5 hours and people were helped before me that arrived well after me which is understandable, then waited in the doctor room for 2 hours just have to do a 2 min test which then I waited for another 30min for the doc to come back with the wrong paperwork.

Went in yesterday and asked for a strep throat test. I get it every year and pretty much know when it is starting to develop again. The front staff was fine and got me checked in, waited about 15 min to be taken back and checked by a nurse. Then waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. He barged in and knocked after the door was already open and proceeded to introduce himself with a mumble. He looked me over for about 5 min and mumbled a prescription before taking me to the front desk. Received no step test. I asked for a doctors note for work, which he did not put a date on it. My work did not accept an undated note, so when I called back to get a new one, I was told I’d be sent a one in a few minutes. 5 hours go by and still no note. I called again and was told they “tried to call me back” (I have no missed calls) and that he “leaves it blank so you can fill it in as needed.” I’m not sure whose employer accepts employee written doctors notes, but mine doesn’t. Very unprofessional doctors office with little care for patients needs. Will not be going here again, would suggest finding another urgent care if you can.

I didn’t appreciate having to fill out the same questions on both paper and online. The online check-in link had to be sent twice before it worked. The wait time was long.

Staffing of available providers seems to be an issue for all sites and types of business. Everyone here is super fantastic! There's just not enough of you to make it an easier process for all your facility has to offer

Went in for a pre employment drug test. Josie helped me every step of the way and completely explained every step of the way so I was never anxious or unsure of what to do. Everyone was polite and professional while dealing with a line of visitors.

I had to go for my work physicals during a state wide ice storm. I had to drive 5 hrs and stay in a hotel, but they were open and got me in. My ONLY complaint is that they did my lung capacity test BEFORE my Step test and my lungs were worn out from (3 times) lung capacity testing.. I failed my step test. I am 60 and suffering from menopausal weight gain etc. Now, I have to go back. My advice; Do the true physical testing first.. Then the rest.
