Bad service, the girl name Jessica doesn’t know how to treat the clients. She lied to my dad last week saying he could do an upgrade with a low cost this past weekend. He went in today and she said that he had to wait for 1 year, so she misinformed him.

I did not want to give them a star at all I had to in order to tell my story. I purchased a phone that I thought would fit my needs and it did not. For example it did not have slideshow of your pictures when you have your phone plugged in and it keeps your phone awake to access Google Assistant. It did not allow me to download music onto the phone to listen to it was making me use a pay app to listen to music on its website. And it would not allow me to upload or download ringtones to choose from I had to use the ringtone that was given on the phone. My desktop computer does not recognize the new phone either, and when I took it back for a refund which I paid $172.18 and they only refunded me $99.99, they say it is the charges for upgrading my phone which was not a upgrade but a downgrade because of the features offered on the phone my old phone is about 5 years old I should have been qualified for free upgrade and not have to pay for it so anyway I have been penalized for bringing back their phone and reactivating my old one I am going to shop around and find a new phone company so I can drop Cricket because they do not treat their customers with dignity and respect They take advantage of you one way or another. I suggest boycotting Cricket Wireless services

The guy working here doesn't know a thing. He will even tell you he doesn't know the terms and conditions and just states what the screen say's. Now I am on customer service because the guy entered the billing address for the store address...why? Anyway customer service on support was great and the Corporate Cricket Wireless just down the road is a million times better.
