Staffing at a pharmacy like this can often be victitm to corporate obtuseness. Nonetheless, these folks really make an effort to be timely and efficicent in filling people's prescriptions. They are really polite and respectful when I need to stop by.

Everyone is always so polite and professional. Yes they get busy and yes, sometimes you have to wait but I have experienced that at pretty much any pharmacy I’ve used. I got some great advice from the pharmacist about a vaccine and my prescriptions are always ready. I appreciate the text alerts.

Haven't seen a CVS that's more inefficient or slow. Average time spent on one customer is like 10 to 15 mins and most of the time there's only one person at the counter.

The coupon my dr gave me just 2 days ago for my new script would not reduce the price and it’s a CVS coupon. Plus I almost walked away with the same dose and only reason I did not is I SAW The DOSE and alerted the pharmacy to the error. It’s crazy how we have to triple check everything now from meds, pharmacy, to doctors, and sales in stores!

Long lines/waits more often than not. Don't really care for some of the staff. One individual in particular. She is often rude, fairly slow and will often hand back my prescription if they don't have it on hand not even asking if I am picking it up today or can wait. Maybe ask the clientele a few questions to better understand.

I recently moved to the area and this is closest CVS to me. I was picking up the last of my prescription and because I had switched over insurances they informed me that my new insurance wasn’t contracted with CVS. It wasn’t a big deal and I was prepared to pay, but the pharmacy manager went above and beyond to help me out. They took the time to input all of my information to make sure it wouldn’t be covered and then took time to find me a discount code so I wouldn’t have to pay the full price. I am very grateful for their kindness and patience with me. I’ll have to find a new pharmacy now, but my experience here was great!
