Tried to push a damage car on me. Then tried to tell me my pre-approved loan could be the rate I stated. The online sales woman had the nerve to say we wasted her time on a test drive for a vechile that we insistedwas out of the price range. Worst dealership and horrible experience I have ever had. Just kept saying they were the largest dealership around. Flat out would never deal with them. Wish I could give a zero star.

Great place to take your car. Esme and staff at service were all very nice. Had appointments before and after the weekend. Both were done in a very reasonable time frame. Also the free Lyft drop-off/pickup is awesome. - Morgan

Emse (may not be the correct spelling) the service advisor, is probably one of the best I have dealt with in Damerow. Knowledgeable, responsive, pleasant, kind. She made my experience great, and quick. Probably the fastest oil change I ever had at that location.

This is my 3rd new Ford purchase at Damerow in the last 30 years. This dealership consistently does a great job in sales, product knowledge, inventory and service. Keep it up!!

First of all, Harrison was super nice to work with. I would give him 5 stars. He was very respectful and was zero pressure.
The sales manager James on the other hand... he promised he can beat any price in town as long as you show him a written offer. Well I showed him a written offer from another local dealer and since he couldn't beat it, he called the other dealer and asked them not to sell it at that price because it was too low.
