I have been going here for over 10 years, and love them. Soy always makes my hands look awesome. I’m very hard on my hands, and anytime I’ve broken one (slammed in a door, moved furniture, changed a tire), she welcomes me in super quick and fixes it quickly, no extra charge.
I introduced my dad into pedicures while he was visiting from out of state 3 years ago, and they still ask after him.
The last time I was in, I watched this lady sit and relax into a massage chair while her fingers soaked and got a foot/leg massage. She looked so peaceful I snapped a pic. Then got her permission to share it here.
Highly recommend this place, nails, waxing, eyelashes, facials, pedicures. The works.

My nails came out really pretty, and everyone was pretty professional. Almost too professional and formal, in a way.
I want to say I had a good experience but I would not be speaking the full truth if I did. I got my nails done with acrylics for the first time in my life (specifically for my wedding) and I figured that due to how worried I was, that I might be treated a little more gently.
Unfortunately, the woman who worked with me (which I don't remember her name, I'm sorry) had little patience with me and clearly talked poorly about me to her other coworkers in a different language (I don't mind gossip, just hurt when I could detect things they were saying about me). On top of this, she was really aggressive with my hands. The tools already frightened me enough, but multiple times it was painful.
TL;DR: Nails came out amazing and looked beautiful for my wedding! Customer Service had a lot to be desired, and I wish they were more gentle and patient with me.

Beware of your nails when you get dipping powder. They filed my nails so deep down that it hurts. My nails a few days later are still in pain. I really hope there is no infection. If there is, they will be hearing from my attorney. DO NOT come here.
They Harass and talk poorly of you in their own language. I used chatgpt to help interpret what they were saying. And it was not nice. They called me fat lady, and ugly girl, and difficult client whe. I simply tell them that it hurts when they were drilling.

The worst pedicure experience i have ever gotten. They are so rude and very pushy. I just want a basic pedicure. No gel polish just regular polish as im allergic to nails. They forced me to get callus remover which I requested them not to since I have fear of them doing too much.
In the end, they did not do what I want and left me in pain and possibly one of the worst pedicure service I've had.

First the tech took two hours to do a deluxe pedi, wrong color, and I pay $78. She didn’t even clean around my nail. My feet were in the water with soap for 1 hrs, she cut my nails and paint plus cream massage

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Been going here for over 3 years and they do a fantastic job every time. Nancy is amazing and always takes such good care of me. She’s detail oriented and knows what’s I like. When I want to try something new that she hasn’t done before she learns how to do it just for me. I always feel so special when I walk in the door at Diva and I feel like a queen walking out at the end!
The whole team here is top notch, and anything you request they make happen and do it well!

I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but as a first time customer, it was enough of an experience to warrant me never returning. To start, the prices don’t match the website or the laminated flyer with their menu inside. It was an immediate $10 up charge. I had an appointment and my nail tech asked if it was okay if she started early. I said yes. My friend showed up about 10 minutes after and her tech started on her. We asked for the exact same service. Shellac pedicure with French tips. It became clear my friend’s tech was rushing pretty early on. We ended up finishing at the same time. The pedicure was $25 over the listed price, my pedicure French tips were uneven, jagged, and messy. The massage was extremely short, with bare minimum exfoliation, filing, etc. The whole thing, including painting, was maybe 30 minutes. We both left feeling rushed, overcharged, and that we wouldn’t be returning. The reviews drew me in, which would have been nice because I live up the street and would have been someone who came in all the time.

I love walking in the door at Diva. It feels like Cheers and I'm Norm. Soy, the owner, always makes my hands look fantastic. She super welcoming. I recently went back knowing I had a conference coming up and my ridged, short, thin nails were not going to cut it. I needed a full set. I leave there in such a great mood and enjoy visiting with everyone in there. I'm not fancy - just a set of gel/and some new combo thing they are doing that allows me to go 3-4 weeks between fills. I LOVE my nails. I think next time, I'll schedule a pedi with Nancy. True spa experience. They are all so kind, warm, professional.

This is my go-to nail salon. Everyone I’ve gone to has been wonderful. I appreciate that they’re open til 7 most days which is later than most salons in the area.
