Do not rent here! Enterprise has lost a client forever.I have been an Enterprise client for many years, renting cars from many different Enterprise locations in several countries. But after the treatment I have received here, I demand a compensation.They decided to not accept my usual way of payment (debit card), which leads me to the conclusion of some kind of personal discrimination. I explained the situation to the boss of the branch on the phone and I showed them previous receipts, but there was no action.They also parked a few cars behind my vehicle to block my exit, which it could have left me trapped in the parking lot for the whole night.Unbelievable! This location needs to be inspected and the staff members replaced.

Had a rental for lil over a month while auto body work was being done on my car from an accident. Never had any issues, friendly and professional. Even got a decent credit when I turned it in cause I filled up the wiper fluid for em and kept it super clean.

Delivered a rental to our driveway during the one day break we had in ice storms. I was not being demanding, the one vehicle I had got smashed by a tree so I could not get to them. So, we had wheels when everything thawed out from the second wave of storms. Everyone at this location behaves like they own it. Motivated, happy to be of assistance, it's like entering the Twilight Zone compared to another rental company which shall remain nameless. Honestly most businesses don't have employees this knowledgable and helpful, pay them to keep them is my unsolicited advice. They set up our rental using the computers of other locations by phone because they had power but no internet. I don't know how we could have expected anymore. Excellent service!

The first car they gave to me won’t start on the Christmas Eve while I was getting ready to leave to join the party. Bummer!Second car immediately had a tire pressure warning sign turned on after I drove it onto the road. So I had to turn back to get the tire pumped.Worst thing about this location is they were not honest about keeping my sunglasses that I forgot in the car upon on returning it. They said the car went to airport location while it was at Barber location. I left my number so they can call me to give an update, no one called or follow up. I suspect that they did nothing to help because one of them kept my sunglasses, that’s the only reason makes sense for this behavior. Very disappointed!!

Why are all the tires bald? Edit * they called and asked me about my experience. I told them about the bald tires and the truck I parked next that had bald tires too. They said they would give me a discount on my next rental I needed in January as an apology. I went to book it through a website that they emailed me to use, and it wasn't even a discount. Nor was it even an Enterprise website. Nothing said anything was 40% off. There was no discount. This place is sketch. Stay away. I'm glad I didn't give that website my info.

Got rear ended driving my car. State Farm rented me a replacement car from Enterprise. Got the rental quickly. Enterprise personnel were helpful, flexible, and efficient. Only problem was that State Farm has given me a budget for how much money I can spend on the rental. So I have to stop back on Friday to get a cheaper car, since I don't know how long it'll take to repair my car.

My preferred go to... professional and efficient and when renting through Costco and using Costco citi credit card always sure to get best price snx no xharges for comprehensive coverage and free second driver.

Wonderful service! My car was in the shop so I had to get a rental. I'd never rented a car before, so I was pretty nervous. Pedro was great. He answered all my questions and went over all of my vehicle options to make sure that I got one suited to me. Thank you!

Loved the fact that I got the exact car I wanted. The Rogue was pretty cool and glad I was able to see the features. The location in Beaverton already had 5 stars and they did not disappoint. I dealt with Pedro and he was amazing. Glad I went with them.

My vehicle was in the shop for repairs, and I needed a car for a few weeks. The Enterprise team at the Canyon location was great; they took care of everything, and the process was quick and straightforward. Excellent service and professionalism all around.

I was disappointed with the Murray outlet, the service prompt for oil change. When I sent in the car, I was told that it's not dued for service and due to the counter was not reset. I requested for changing another car, but was told no car available. The guy told me that he will call when there is a car for replacement available but never call until now. What a disappointment on the level of service.

Everyone we spoke to was helpful and kind but Kade made our rental a 5 star experience. After getting in accident, the other driver’s insurance made it a real hassle but Kade made sure to communicate clearly and accommodate our needs.

Wonderful experience with renting moving trucks, however had issues with the car rental customer service.
