I cannot say enough good things about Rayus and their team of kind and compassionate providers. Not only did Dr. Schenk recommend and interpret diagnostics that caught my illness, their team also rearranged their schedule to perform a biopsy immediately following my ultrasound. Kara followed up with me to see how things went and the doctor called me to inform me of my results which came back from the lab much sooner than I was expecting. The techs were also incredibly kind to me during and after my biopsy. I have had mammograms, ultrasounds an MRI and a biopsy and everyone was wonderful to work with. Results were obtained quickly and they were transparent and efficient. During the ice storm, Legacy's imaging team was completely down and could not be reached for days. I'm grateful I was able to get in to Rayus to get the testing and the results that I urgently needed in order to move forward with treatment options. Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I choose RAYUS over my in-network options and pay OUT OF POCKET (with reduced self pay rate) because the experience and the transparency and level of cost are so much better than going to Legacy. Results are shared efficiently with doctors and directly with patients (via their easy portal). My deductible is high enough that the cost matters in the moment. The scheduling is easy and the benefit of not being in a hospital setting helps me avoid contagions. Love this place!!!! Super friendly staff too…special thanks to Rayanne for her personalized attention and helpfulness while scheduling.

I would suggest to use Beathany location. This location turned me down on my arrival for MRI and said that notified me about the cancellation. Nobody ever called, left a message or text.

No complaints to the front desk, as they are so nice.For the x-ray technician,I just don’t get it how could she be so rude to people who came to check their results of injuries for the first time…

I went in this morning to get an MRI with contrast dye for my left shoulder and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Going in, I was absolutely TERRIFIED. I had read so many horror stories about the pain that I was literally on the verge of tears before my appointment. The staff were wonderful! They immediately calmed me down, and walked me through every step with so much of compassion. Even just lying down causes so much of pain, they truly worked around all my discomfort and were unbelievably patient. Not to mention, radiologists at this facility are EXPERIENCED. Injecting the dye in my shoulder was a swift 20 second job once I managed to settle down. Mind you I was consistently twitching and re-adjusting myself throughout the process, they truly worked with me, and were so kind throughout. About 5 hours after my MRI, a lot of the discomfort has worn off. Cannot say enough good thing about this experience 10/10!

On Saturday Aug 26th 2023At 2:30pm the female lady who checked me in was very rude and hostile towards me a Senior Citizen.As a hearing Impaired person she was just rude to me and used hand gestures to me.

Would not recommend for biopsies or other specialty procedures just based off of the scheduling. The normal scheduling team isn't able to schedule them, so there's a special team that is impossible to reach. They the promise a callback that doesn't happen so your left in the dark wondering where you're at in the process of approvals for the scheduling. Recommend trying to find another place in the metro area that has a better customer service team!

I was referred to RAYUS from a pediatric urgent care facility, who unfortunately had their x-ray tech call in sick, to get a quick x-ray for my seven-year-old's presumably broken thumb. We were told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. It is of course understandable that walk-ins would need to be squeezed in between scheduled appointments. After 40 minutes, the receptionist informed me that she had not yet even spoken to the x-ray tech to determine when, or if (!!), we could be seen. After 50 minutes, I was told that it would be at least another 45 minutes because of a complex appointment that had started just before we arrived. All of that information was available to the receptionist the moment I walked in the door... receiving that information after spending 50 minutes in the lobby with a 7-yr-old is what warrants this 1-star rating. Having to wait for unscheduled care is acceptable; failing to communicate within an HOUR when we could be seen for a ~four-minute finger x-ray is not.

Really great availability. Competent and nice staff. Convenient location. The only thing I didn't like was a bill for almost $200 coming 3 1/2 months after the test procedure. Sorry, but I really don't like surprise bills.

Ended up booking here after being bounced around by numerous legacy health employees who can’t communicate or answer basic questions.Brandi was able to answer all of my questions and schedule my appointment in less than 5 minutes. Much appreciated!

Absolutely amazing experience from my check-in with Kiera Goddard, who was extremely kind and friendly, to my MRI with Matt Watson, who was unbelievably patient and understanding. He really made me feel at ease when my pain was so severe that it was hard for me to sit still. He took the time to stop the test and come in to talk to me which immediately calmed me and allowed me to finish the scan. I'll never go anywhere else for my imaging. Highly HIGHLY recommend Rayus!!

Have spoken and had experience with multiple people both at this location and in Portland. All were very gentle and took their time explaining everything I needed to know - never felt rushed. They got me in for a biopsy the same week when Providence was overbooked!

I had a great experience here. The tech that brought me in the exam room made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She answered all of my questions and stayed with me while the doctor performed my HSG. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were equally as nice and polite. The place was very clean and easy to find with ample parking. 10/10 experience.

Would absolutely NOT reccomend Rayus. As many other reviews stated, I used epic imaging for years and never had any issues. I had my first appointment with Rayus a couple weeks ago for an early prenatal visit as a gestational carrier. You need a full bladder for these, and my appointment ran 45 MINUTES LATE! At a half an hour late, I brought it to the front desks attention, they looked it up and said they were running behind but no one bother to communicate that we me before I asked after 30 minutes! When I was FINALLY called back there was no apology or anything from the tech for being so late. I already had a follow up ultrasound scheduled with Rayus after that one, which they called and cancelled the morning of the appointment. The soonest they could get me back in was a week later. I ended up finding somewhere else to go that could get me in sooner so I tried to call in to cancel my rescheduled appointment. I waited on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on. I called back and waited another 10 minutes before finally getting a hold of anyone. Poor service all around in my opinion.
