Called right at 8am to ask when I could come down for a pre employment drug screening. They say come down whenever and we can work you in as a walk in. Get here at 830am and they tell me I must have an appointment and that they dont start doing those types of services till 10am. So I make an appointment, walk in at 959am and have been waiting 10 min and there isnt anyone at the front desk and no bell or anything to ring. The other reviews are all accurate. Go anywhere else if you have the opportunity.

Unprofessional with communication. I had an appointment at 12. Received a call at 12 to tell me they are 1 and 1/2 hours late. I told them to cancel.

My husband went in today for a blood draw and told me that the phlebotomist was incredibly rude to him for no reason at all, and stuck the ENTIRE NEEDLE IN HIS ARM. I know that is completely unnecessary for this type of thing and really hurt him. There is a terrible purple bruise on his arm and a distinct ring around where the end of the needle hit him. Unbelievable!!! I am flabbergasted at that behavior, you should be ashamed of yourselves if that’s how you treat humans.

I had an appointment with Paula for my Life Insurance policy, and she was amazing! Super friendly and kind, good energy, and made the whole process feel fun and relaxed. When she drew my blood, I barely even felt it, she's an absolute rockstar and true consummate professional! Thank you Paula!

I have been going to Exam One for my blood draws for 3 years now and Paula always does such an amazing job! They were so busy today and yet they seemed unflustered and made sure I knew I would be helped. Paula’s skill is amazing and I can hardly tell she is drawing blood from me! And I have to fill 12 vials! She makes a not so pleasant duty be very comfortable and shows such professionalism, poise, and skill. Thank you, Paula! They are blessed to have you!

My original appointment was at the beginning of April and the examiner simply didn't show up. No apology. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later (after 2 weeks of calling and sending emails), then called and needed me to reschedule another week or so out. Alright. Then they called and wanted to reschedule THAT appointment until later that day, then they cancelled it altogether. Exam One said they would call me with availability two days, nothing. I have sat in pain, waiting, for almost 6 weeks. If this continues past today I will have no other choice but to pursue legal counsel. This is insanity I have to make this public to get any sort of response.

Waited twelve days for a result. Finally called to find out that there was a phlebotomist error and I would need a redraw. No one contacted me to let me know. I cannot retake this test.

Run away as fast as you can! Horrible, horrible company! I was donating blood for a research project to an organization that set it up through Examone. The person I spoke to twice, Alisha, was so rude, cut me off as I spoke and refused to listen to me either time I called! (Other people who answered in other phone calls were much nicer.). They set up a day to come for the blood draw, told me the date, and no one showed up! I called and was told there was no appointment that day and that the appointment was 17 days later!! The person who came to do the blood draw, Carmen, did not know what she was doing and tried to take blood by the top of my arm by my elbow!! When that didn’t work, she switched arms and did the same thing which also didn’t work. She apologized, said she could only try twice (Thank goodness!), and said that someone else would have to come out and someone would call to set up another appointment!!! NO THANKS! Who tries to take blood by the top of an arm and do it twice the same way on both arms??? I called the company I am doing the blood draw for and told them they needed to change companies, which they said they would do. Avoid this company at all costs!

The ladies answering the phone do not listen. And after scheduling an appointment it was canceled and rescheduled for earlier in the day when I could not attend.It's been a horrible experience.

Giving 2 stars because the office was clean. The lady who checked me and ran my tests was very rude. I think her name was Alicia. Showed up 8 mins early just to find out my appointment was never rescheduled for today. The tests I was getting done were for life insurance and due to her being so rude and unprofessional my BP readings were higher then they ever have been other then when I was in labor! She did do a nice job with my blood draw but overall my experience with this facility was very poor. Very disappointed.

Had an exam scheduled for 8:30 today, Saturday may 1st. Arrived at the office early, no one is here, doors are locked, no one is answering the phone. I know they know about my appointment because I received a confirmation call yesterday. No response no call. Drove 45 minutes on a Saturday morning to get here. Thanks for terrible service

Ashley did a fantastic job drawing my blood today, as she did a few months ago! Other phlebotomists have found the job to be difficult (which made it painful for me), while Ashley was able to preform the draw essentially painlessly and very efficiently (my draw requires 14 tubes). I am VERY appreciative to her for both her skill and kindness.

I had Ashley draw my blood this morning and she was the absolute best! I get anxiety when it comes to blood draws and she did such a great job. I don't normally write reviews for places but I wanted to give her recognition. If I ever need a blood draw I am definitely going to request her :)

No idea what some of these ppl are talking about. Ashley is literally the best. Professional and knowledgeable, yet personable. Very understanding and caring. Got blood with no issues. I barely noticed it happened. This place may have got a bad rap from someone who used to work there but that problem must have been fixed cuz Ashley's amazing.

Staff were friendly and the test was super quick. Spent maybe 10 minutes there. Only hours they do it are from 9am-11am though, so not much of a window.
