This hotel, was the worst all the way around. Our room had big clumps of black hair wadded up all over the floor, a big clumps on one of the beds. Roaches! Yes, believe it, roaches! As well as meal maggots worms in the doorway of fridge. The staff was horrid. More interested in chatting in another room with one of her friends. When they weren't in the room they were sitting in the lobby talking loud, at midnight. Acting as if I was a bother. No one seemed surprised when I told them about the roaches. I took pictures of the disgust. Very traumatizing. After checking our as fast as we checked in and demanding a refund, we were forced to stay the night in our vehicles. $336.00 we paid for absolute filth. And slept in our rigs. I'll tell anyone and everyone about this traumatizing experience. Horrid

Your response seems to be the same for everyone that posted about the filth here. And it's obviously been an ongoing problem with this location, for sometime yet it remains the same. No I will never ever ever stay here again. You talk and talk then why does it keep going on. It reflects all on you as the "owner"

Well this place sucked. Here’s a friendly tip…it’s BYOSC (bring your own shower curtain) here. There was a heavy stank in the room when we arrived and after we turned on the air my partner accurately declared it then smelled like dead rat. The only reason I’m not giving one star is location. If you stay here come with a curtain and lots of febreeze.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Gross, dirty, smelly hallways and room. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and no ventilation when showering. The shower was covered in soap scum and hairs. Strong cigarette smoke even though it's supposedly "smoke-free" that wafted into our room frequently and the hallway reeked of smoke too. The "free breakfast" was underwhelming and disappointing to say the least. Crap coffee, a couple different instant oatmeal packets, and dry Nutri-Grain bars. Such a waste of money.

This location literally have anything and everything near. From electronics to movie theater to restaurants to grocery stores. This location is very close to a highway that intercepts major interstates. I'm not one to brag, but it has taken me a little over 2 weeks on a single tank of gas to navigate to the different conveniences! On top of that is the staff that goes well beyond to make sure you are comfortable. My room is clean, the hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere and I'd recommend this location to everyone. Literally a home away from home

Rooms are a little older than perhaps newer properties. But, the staff here has been exceptional, timely and Has made this place feel definitely more homely than just a short term hotel stay. I really appreciate them, they are great people. This is a nice quiet area too
Walkability: Very walkable for this area
Food and drinks: Near a main strip mall that's really large and grocery stores

Came here for one night to escape from the scorching heat since our AC at home is broken, but the AC in room 305 was broken and only blows out warm air. We were extremely upset, was woken up by us sweating profusely. Luckily the staff was very understanding and accommodating and immediately offered to switch rooms. We are now happy little ducklings sitting in very cold room. Along with that the staff waived our pet fee since we are only here for a night. This hotel is also situated in the middle of tanasbourne town center so a lot of food places and stores are walkable. I appreciate you guys. Thanks for the wonderful experience
Edit: Toilets don’t flush all the way, key card stopped working all of a sudden and the free breakfast consists of coffee and pre packaged breakfast bars and pre packaged oatmeal. But extremely clean!

I’ve lived here with my family since January of this year and I love it here the staff is really nice so are the cleaners and everyone that live here I feel like everyone treats like everyone like family here I would definitely pick to live here and stay here

This hotel is in a perfect location. You have so much to do around you that you won't get to bored. The front desk staff is awesome all of them. The rooms are clean and if you need dishes just go to the front desk and they equip you with them no charge. The manager is awesome she tries to find the best deals for you. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to the area.
Rooms: Rooms are very clean. I love how clean they are
Nearby activities: You have the Oregon zoo not far, shopping centers, restaurants.
Walkability: There is a grocery store across the street, about 2 blocks away you have a shopping center

Not bad, but not great. Room was clean, shower had hardly any water coming out. The "complimentary breakfast" was coffee with packaged muffins and DIY oatmeal. Super lame. Other than that, not a bad stay.

It does not say on the website or on booking(where we tried to get the room) but the hotel has a 21 age requirement. I have no knowledge of the hotel itself, but the person we talked to seemed quite kind. This is a problem with corporate, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! We drove 8 hours only to find out that we had no place to stay.
