Very easy to start a new lease and the storage unit was very clean. Within an hour of filling out the forms online Aaron from the front desk called giving me instructions and make the whole process seamless!

BE AWARE if you have a storage unit here you now have RATS!!!! Where a mask and gloves when you open your unit! Me and my entire family were exposed to hantavirus and still waiting to see how that goes as it's not super survivable. The company has been aware of the rat problem for a long time and not told anyone. They allowed a catering company to store food here and only warned 2 people 3 weeks ago. But I just found dead rats and maggots all over my unit and my stuff was all destroyed. I had no warning about the infestation so we didn't have masks with us initially as mine is an indoor unit. The guy came out and instantly threatened me with a fine if I left my rat, feces, dead rat decomp maggot infested stuff in the dumpster right there and then had an attitude with us as I'm throwing away everything I own and worrying if my family and I are going to survive this literally. They hide things and do not do the right thing to keep people safe. I talked to many other people here as well so this is the experience of many.

Thanks a lot to Aaron, it was a wonderful experience!! Hannah was also very helpful. Very nice, warm people :) this was the first time for us booking a storage facility and had lot of questions and they patiently helped us. Will definitely use the facility again. Thank you!

I moved into the wrong storage unit on my first day and instead of being charged for the unit. Hannah (apologies if I spelled it wrong) was able to help me navigate extra space storage and directed me to the right unit. Thank you again Hannah!

There are currently rodents in the units. My storage unit neighbor found rat poop in their unit. In mine the carrying case to my camp stove was torn to shreds.
