Staff are quite friendly and easy to work with, access to the site is a bit hard due to the way the road is. Pretty clean place and the units themselves are easy to get into.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Aaron at Extra Space Storage. From the very beginning, he was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating with our unique situation. When we realized at the last minute that we needed a climate-controlled unit, Aaron didn’t just shrug it off—he went above and beyond by personally calling another location down the road, letting them know we were on our way just minutes before they closed. Thanks to his quick thinking and genuine care, we were able to get exactly what we needed without a hitch.
On top of that, Aaron was extremely helpful in securing storage for our vehicles while we were in the middle of a move. We had just purchased a car that only had temporary registration, and Aaron made sure everything was handled smoothly so we had one less thing to worry about.
It’s rare these days to find someone who goes the extra mile (or in this case, beyond and beyond), but Aaron truly did. His dedication and customer service turned what could have been a stressful move into a seamless and positive experience. We are so grateful for his help and cannot recommend him and Extra Space Storage enough!

Service is top notch! I rented a space on-line, and it was really easy. I unfortunately didn’t rent a space with a door high enough to fit my teardrop trailer (my fault). I explained the situation, and they refunded my original rental, then called around and found another Extra Storage place that could accommodate my needs! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Setting up the rental over the phone was easy and all questions were answered. For me, it was also a great location. No problems with safety. I would recommend this place to others.

I stored a RV there for several years and each time I visited it was always in good shape and just how I left it. The staff and everybody are extremely nice and helpful and they made some good grades with the app. I highly recommend anybody in the Beaverton area looking to store to this location
